What a great place to spend Christmas and new year
Hi I think you mean the room I booked for a friend of ours which was easy a reasonable price and they enjoyed every minute of there stay. However I stayed for two weeks Christmas and New Year and all I can say is I cannot fault the staff in any way they are so good the food is great and plenty of it in fact too much. I would like a double bed in the room and the pool to have the chill taken off by solar panels,some of the chairs in the main bar need attention and they could have more variety of drinks at the bar like cocktales people like a change on holiday I have stayed at the hotel before and will definitely stay again it has something for everyone at all ages

Hotel consideration .
Lovely hotel in a great location....facilities are very good ,food good , entertainment good. The only bad thing about the hotel is that the decor in the bedrooms is very tired. Our room had wall paper peeling off the walls!!! Now that is easily treated and would be very welcoming to visitors. We have been and stayed in the hotel before and will do again . This is just a small easily corrected job for the hotel to get sorted..

fabulous hotel
stayed here recently for last minute family holiday including infants, teenagers young adults and couples - had a great time - Hotel was in great central location, staff were friendly and helpful, Sheila is an asset! Entertainment in hotel was of a high standard - Food in restaurant even catered for my fussy lot.... hadnt stayed here in 23 years but it wont be that long before we return -

New Club Room
Wonderful holiday as usual, having stayed here many times, but first time in the upgraded rooms, was great having a wet room instead of a bath with overhead shower as I have disabilities so was able to shower easily. plus all the extras made the stay much better than before, brilliant entertainment, cannot fault any aspect of the stay. thank you Rio Park

Very Good Quality Hotel in great location.
Very good hotel offering excellent value. Superior rooms are very nice. Food is among the best we have had in any Benidorm hotel, with plenty of choice available. All staff were very friendly and attentive. All areas of hotel were well maintained and the standard of cleanliness was excellent. We recommend the Rio Park and intend to return in future.

COMIDA
Estuve en la habitación 1125, y quede contenta, ya que mi madre esta mayor y no puede andar muy bien, y esta habitación esta al lado del ascensor, Referente a la comida, El desayuno muy bueno, comida y cena bien, pero los postres son escasos y poca variedad. Creo que tendrían que renovarlos, ya que hace tres años estuve y son los mismos.

Disapointed
Stayed for this visit in a Superior room, very disappointing . On first viewing the room appeared very light,with almost everything being white - rather clinical infact. In the old rooms you had a bureau with a drawer, shelves and a mirror, in these rooms you have a bureau with a small fridge, which incidentally you have to pay for if you wish to use it, being in place of the shelves. The bedside tables have no drawers, the wardrobe neither? The wardrobe has two hanging sides which have 4 coat hangers each, one side having the safe in it which means you cannot even hang a shirt above it. The other side having a case rack to put your case on!! If you are staying for longer that a few days finding somewhere to put your clothes is quite a problem. The bathroom has a large washbasin cabinet with a good mirror and light. Walk in shower looks very nice until you use it. No indication on the tap for hot or cold,water, nowhere to put your shower gel, shampoo etc except on the floor of the shower which is quite slippery in places something that could be quite dangerous especially as a lot of older people stay in this hotel. Conclusion being that these new rooms could only have been designed by a man with little thought for the people who will stay in them.
