goed hotel
het hotel is goed gelegen, wel voledig gericht op Engelse toeristen maar dat is buiten het hoog sezoen geen probleem daar het hoofdzakelijk gepensioneerden zijn het hotel is heel proper en heeft een prima restaurant met een grote keuze aan gerechten de kamers zijn ok en kraaknet kan het hotel zeker aanraden

My stay
Had a fantastic time. staff very helpfully and pleasant hotel brilliant food brilliant lifts can be a bit of a nightmare at meal times but overall not too bad. Already booked for next year and looking forward to staying here again

Lovely hotel and staff at Rio Park Benidorm
Brilliant hotel with lovely helpful staff. Rooms were cleaned amazing and breakfast was great! Wide variety to chose from! Thank you Rio Park!

Disappointed
I booked a clubroom and paid 500euros half board for 5 nights, it was supposed to be a much bigger room, there was no toiletries and the view from the balcony was another hotel. There was dressing gowns and slippers and 2 small bottles of water, 2 small cans of orange and Pepsi. My friend had a standard room which over looked the pool, the only differance in both rooms apart from the drinks was I had a small 2 seater sofa, my friend had a small table table and 2 chairs.... The rooms were the same size. I was disappointed paying for what I thought was an upgraded room, when infact it wasnt.

Dear Janice We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed during your recent stay with us at the Hotel Rio Park. The Club Service rooms are exactly the same size as the standard rooms, the only difference is that there are extra amenities provided (welcome drinks in the fridge, teas & coffee facilities, dressing gowns & slippers, safe box and a bottle of wine on arrival). The larger rooms are the Family Rooms and the Quadruple Rooms. We are sorry that you did not realise this when you booked. brilliant
After reading reviews I was unsure on what my family holiday would be what I can I say first time in Benidorm Rio Park Staff so friendly entertainment brilliant only thing I found was it started late 9pm10pm and was finished by midnight as a family I would of liked entertainment to be starting at 78pm but all the entertainment in the surrounding bars was the same food lots of choice but got a bit boring same thing on the buffet every night we went half board and decided to eat out most daysnights I would recommend anyone staying to go bed and breakfast as it’s cheap enough to eat elsewhere family rooms start on the 5th floor anyone with young babieschildren may find that a bit high when on the balcony as previous reviews said the lifts can be a bit of wait at times if you have mobility issues they have a mobility scooter hire centre just outside the hotel and is half the price of what the hotel charge I would recommend this hotel and look forward to returning

Halloween
Fuímos por el puente de Halloween ya que anunciaban actividades variadas para los niños a lo largo del día. Sin embargo nos quedamos un poco decepcionados ya que solo hacian cosas entre las 12 y las 4 de la tarde. La verdad es que las aninadoras eran muy majas pero no cumplió nuestras expectativas ya que ponía que harían juegos talleres, manualidades, ...y al final pues no hubo gran cisa a parte de jugar al billar, ping pong y algún otro baile. Por las noches las actuaciones eran u n rollo soberano a base de cantantes británicos que no valían nada. Se salva la noche del domingi con la cena temática y el pasaje del terror. Ahí sí que se lo curraron. Estuvo todo genial salvo los juegos que hicieron antes de pasar al pasaje y la actuació de no sé que Jesse o Jenny que te hacía daño a los oídos. Por lo demás las habutaciones familiares están genial, aunque los colchones son un poco duros y la luz de la nevera mokesta por la noche. También podrían colocar persiana o estor opaco en la zona de las 2 camas pequeñas porque enseguida entra luz por la mañana. Aunque hay 2 TV una por zona en la nuestra una de ellas no iba. La terraza es grande pero se agradecería un tenedero más grande. Hay muchos aramarios lo cual está fenomenal sobre todo si se va a estar muchos días. El baño estuoendo grande con 2 lavabos, espacio para colocar neceseres y lo mejor de todo una ducha y que dejan albirnoces y zapatillas de cortesía. La señora de la limpieza de nuestra planta 7 súper agradable y trabajadora dejaba impecable la habitación. Nos lo pasamos muy bien y encima con el bono viaje nos salió muy bien de precii.
