Para repetir
Estuve con mi familia 2 adultos, una niña de 3 años y un bebé dos días y estuvimos muy bien. La habitación familiar genial, espaciosa para los 4. Las camas cómodas. La pega que pondría sería la nevera, que al llegar estaba apagada y costó que se enfriara la bebida. Por lo demás todo muy bien. La piscina infantil súper chula, mi hija se lo pasó super bien con el tobogán y los chorros que había. Buena ubicación, a unas cuantas calles de la playa pero cerca, y a un paso del centro y de las tiendas. La comida bien, poca variedad pero estaba todo muy bueno. Sin duda para repetir, lo pongo en la lista de preferidas!!

Los horarios
Me parece muy pronto a las 6 de la tarde cerrar la piscina ya que todavía hay sol y estaba con mucha afluencia de gente y la cenas a las 8:30 ya estaban recogiendo ya que hasta las 9:30 se puede cenar por lo demás todo perfecto

No volvería
Este hotel tendría que tener 3 estrellas. La habitación no es cómoda y es muy pequeña, éramos dos niños y un adulto. La comida poco variada pero buena. El personal tanto del hotel como del restaurante muy amable,eso sí. Algo que no me gustó nada fue que las fotos de las habitaciones son engañosas, las camas pequeñas y nada cómodas . Y lo peor de todo fue el secador de pelo que literalmente estaba lleno de mugre, además la limpiadora nos tocó la puerta por la mañana que estábamos durmiendo ,me parece que esto está fuera de lugar. En el aseo dos focos no funcionaban por lo que había poca luz y nos tocó pedir los amenities que se supone que entraban en nuestra tarifa pero la de la limpieza insistía en que el dispensador de jabón del lavabo era lo que había. Luego de reclamar me trajeron lo que les dio la gana que fueron dos paquetes de pañuelos y 4 gorros de ducha. SIN COMENTARIOS. LO ÚNICO QUE SE SALVA DE ESTE HOTEL ES EL PERSONAL

Family holiday
Had a really good time hotel staff and food was very good have already booked for next year just wish the entertainment was outside

Another Excellent Stay
We have just returned from another fantastic stay at the Rio Park. This hotel is perfect for families. We have stayed a few times now and have our next trip booked already. We would highly recommend staying here. The food is great, as is the night time entertainment and the staff. See you again soon!

Overall great hotel and will return
The staff were all very helpful and a couple of issues were dealt with straight away. The hotel was very clean and housekeeping were excellent. The food was good plenty of choice every day. For me there was only 2 let downs one was the lifts took forever I understand at peak times it will be busy but being on the 2nd floor and having mobility issues the waiting for a lift left me in pain. Also we stayed in a family room where the main door to the room opened into my childrens room and it could be locked against being opened from the outside but there was not a way to lock it to stop one of the children from opening the door and I dont feel that is safe especially in a foreign country where they are too young to understand the dangers. On the whole the hotel was great and we will return at some point.

Hotel
I had a great time in the hotel. Everybody looked after me. Even when l hot upset day l was leaving. Room was great and food good. See you soon

Standards have dropped
Standards at hotel have dropped since our last stay last October. Room was grubby and dusty. Hotel does no longer look or feel like a 4 star hotel. We had booked to stay there over the coming New Year but have cancelled our stay. Such a pity the standards have dropped.so much as we have stayed there several times and have enjoyed our previous stays.

Fab hotel
We loved this hotel staff are so friendly. Cleaning staff were amazing cleaned room everyday and always greeted with a smile and hello. Food was hit and miss for us but we are very picky eaters. Entertainment was ok could be a bit better but we will defo be returning to this hotel it is a 10 out of 10 from us

Lifts a let down
All fine at the Hotel, Food, Staff and cleanliness. The only problems was the lifts I accept at busy times they can be slow but to wait for 15 minutes for a left and get in on the 2nd floor and have to travel up to the 12th floor and then stop at every floor coming down until arriving at the food floor. On one occasion my wife who is a wheelchair user had to walk down 3 floors to go for breakfast is just not acceptable.
