Good facilities and friendly staff, but some operational issues need to be handled
The Good Facilities: The hotel is generally well-kept with good overall conditions. Pool: Reasonable size for a family swim. Staff: Very friendly staff over all. Despite peak crowds, the team remained polite, upbeat, and kept things as orderly as possible. The Not-So-Good Room: Housekeeping was inconsistent, and the room felt small for three people. Dining: Food quality was acceptable but very repetitive. Half-board drinks: Beverages not included prices felt excessive e.g., ~€2.50+ for 70cl filtered water. Pool crowding: Allowing large inflatables made the pool overcrowded and led to a few minor incidents. Sunbeds & shade: Not enough loungers or shaded areas many were “reserved” with towels for hours. Restaurant seating: On busy days it was hard to find a table we often had to chase staff to clear and set cutlery, and couples sometimes occupied 6-seat tables. Elevators: Very slow—waits of up to 10 minutes at peak times. Suggestions for Management Improve housekeeping consistency and consider larger rooms or clearer occupancy guidance for families of three. Rotate menus more frequently to avoid repetition. Revisit drink pricing and consider including basic water with half-board. Limit or ban large inflatables and increase pool oversight during busy periods. Enforce a no-towel-reservation policy and add more loungers and shaded spaces. Introduce host-assigned seating at meal times and add peak-hour staffing to speed up table turnover. Optimize elevator scheduling or add clear signagestairs guidance at rush times. Final Word Big thanks to the staff—their friendliness and professionalism stood out even when the hotel was full.

Buen hotel con algunas cosas mejorables
Un hotel bueno con una atención muy buena por parte del personal del restaurante, bar y lobby, los tres chicos de animación se esfuerzan por hacer amena la estancia en la piscina, el desayuno bufet muy variado, así como la cena que también es de calidad muy aceptable, las habitaciones muy agradables y limpias. Los inconvenientes que a mi parecer son, en la habitación la pantalla es demasiado pequeña, el no tener bufet de comida para los que preferimos la comida y cambiar la cena por no acostumbrar a cenar, creo que deberían de tener comida bufet también en el verano, y no solo en invierno, también lo que no me agrado nada fue que a las 6 de la tarde ya tienen cerrada la piscina y no puedes disfrutar más de ella, termino con que deberían también de tener un todo incluido para hacer la estancia de los clientes mas placentera. Creo que podrían mejorar cosas para llegar a ser un verdadero hotel de 4 estrellas

Another fine visit
We have stayed at Rio Park many times over many years and can say we have enjoyed this one as much as The others. Can’t fault any of the staff from reception to bar staff, cleaners and the restaurant staff all great. Enjoyed the food with a good selection and can always find something to suit. The room to be honest was clean but needed a bit of attention, marks on walls a couple of bulbs out aircon not the best and patio door difficult to lock but minor points that will probably be sorted after the busy summer season. Overall great hotel and will be returning.

Estancia magnífica
Hemos pasado unos días en el hotel, y desde que reservamos hasta que nos fuimos, todo ha sido genial. El departamento de reservas, así cómo el de recepción muy atento a todos los detalles. La habitación muy confortable y siempre limpia. El buffet muy variado y generoso. Recomendamos y volveremos de nuevo

Superb stay
Everything went well, from the facilities to staff service. Nothing to point out. Kids had a great time in the swimming pool and games room. Highly recommended

Llevo 3 años yendo a este hotel y estaba contenta con todo, pero esté año me ha decepcionado un poco la limpieza del baño y mantenimiento de la habitación.
La limpieza del cuarto de baño este año a sido pésima, el día que llegamos había unos churretones en la puerta de cristal del baño, y allí han estado todos los días que estubimos. Las baldosas de las paredes igual. Tube que avisar a recepción que las literas estaban sueltas de la pared se vencián. Creo que para ser un 4 estrellas esas cosas deberían de mirarlas antes de entregar una habitación. El mando de una tv sin pilas. El marco de la puerta de entrada a la habitación medio suelto, que también lo comunique. Lo dicho creo que antes de entregar una habitación deverian de revisar ciertas cosas.

Le sobra una estrella al hotel
La limpieza de la habitación lo justo, hacer la cama y cambiar toallas, poco más. El desayuno muy bien Los espectáculmos de la noche un poco tristes Llevo años viniendo en verano a hoteles en Benidorm y me ha sorprendido que la piscina cierre a las 19h. La zona de las tumbonas sucia, ya que la gente come y bebe y no recoge nada La piscina se queda pequeña con tanto hinchable. En los ascensores mucho calor, tendrían que tener aire acondicionado

The Best Hotel :
We have just returned from a two week stay at The Rio Park and we have had the best holiday. We cannot fault this hotel at all. I would like to give a special mention to Nelson for helping us with out little boys 5th birthday party in the restaurant and also Douglas who is always so happy and friendly towards us. Lady & Manuel in the restaurant are also fantastic and always had a laugh with us. We cannot wait to return to the Rio Park again :

Buen hotel
La verdad nos ha gustado todo en cuanto al hotel se refiere, un lugar bastante agradable, buena atención, buena comida, buena limpieza, buena ubicación.
