Pleasant Hotel
Checking in a bit of a pain. Walked from our apartment to a three Day stay for 1200 but after paying we were told we couldnt get in the room until 1400. Actually got in room at 1415. We walked back to apartment with my wife ina wheelchair until we could check in.

Dear Michael, we are pleased that you found the Rio Park to be a pleasant hotel. Unfortunately the check in time is not until 14:00 but we do have a luggage storage area where bags can be kept until rooms are ready. Very enjoyable stay
Had a lovely stay. Hotel was spotless, plenty of food options, friendly staff. Will definitely be back.

FENOMENAL
Estuvimos en el puente de mayo y la verdad, nos sorprendio el hotel y su limpieza. tambien el personal super amable y el buffet muy variado y rico. volveremos a repetir. relacion calidad precio muy buena. Encargados muy atentos y les vimos muy pendientes de todo.

Short Break
Have stayed on several occasions and each time has been very enjoyable. I booked direct with the hotel this time and received a nice bottle of wine on arrival. The mezzanine area is perfect for sitting and enjoying the sun if you dont want to be around the pool. Didnt make breakfast!! Would recommend and will stay again.

Animación sólo hablan ingles para turistas a los Españoles ni caso
Como he dicho en las puntuaciones el hotel, limpieza, habitación, servicios, comida el personal, etc....todo muy bien El problema llega en la noche cuando acabas de cenar y te vas a ver el espectáculo, los presentadores hablan en inglés, todo se hace en inglés en ningún momento van traduciendo para que los españoles nos enteremos.....todo el mundo se ríe por algún chiste que dicen y a tí se te queda la cara de tonta porque no entiendes nada... durabamos 15 minutos cómo mucho en el espectáculo y nos largabamos porque para no entender nada mejor descansar..... estoy muy cabreada en este sentido he ido por toda España en muchísimos hoteles donde hay muchos turistas y siempre han traducido en todas las nacionalidades sin problema y en este hotel Rio Park NO Cómo hay muchos más hoteles la próxima vez que me escape a Benidorm buscaré otro hotel que NO sea el HOTEL RIO PARK

Great hotel
This is our third stay at Rio Park. Standards gets better each time. Quality of food was really nice, our room was always clean. The hotel is central to everything. The hotel staff were accomodating to our room request upon booking. Thank you to the staff, cleaners, security personnel, lift engineers. They all ensured that guests remained safe and comfortable during their stay especially when Spain had the power cut. We will be booking again for our next holiday this November. All praises to Rio Park Hotel.
