Excelente
Estuvimos cinco días y nos hemos vuelto muy satisfechos. El desayuno buffet bastante completo, las cenas espectaculares, impresionante la calidad y la variedad. Todo el personal del hotel, desde la recepción, camarer@s, servicio de limpieza, el trato inmejorable, mencionar a Manolo, gran persona y gran profesional. Lo único que podríamos mencionar como un poco mal fue la habitación que nos asignaron, la 108 primera planta justo encima de una cervecería, mucho ruido, afortunadamente el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien y no hubo mas problemas. Repetiremos sin dudarlo.

Nos alegra saber que el desayuno buffet fue completo y que las cenas fueron espectaculares en términos de calidad y variedad. Transmitiremos sus elogios a nuestro personal, especialmente a Manolo, por su trato inmejorable. Lamentamos que la ubicación de su habitación haya sido un inconveniente debido al ruido de la cervecería cercana. Apreciamos su comprensión y nos complace saber que el funcionamiento adecuado del aire acondicionado ayudó a mitigar el problema. Recientemente he pasado 4noches en MP ,desayuno bufett bastante completo, variado y calidad. Las cenas Espectaculares de quitarse el sombrero ???? felicidades, el Personal, competente y profesional, encantadores. Sin duda es mi hotel de Referencia en Benidorm. Saludos.

Habitación decepcionante 315
Buen hotel en general excepto la supuesta suite junior 315 y es de suponer que también las 115,215,y 415 únicas habitaciones en todo el hotel sin balcón con dos mini ventanas que es preferible no abrir ya que tiene unas vistas horribles a la lavandería,la escalera de emergencia y el parking del hotel colindante, claustrofóbica en general,cuando esperas otra cosa de una Junior suite en un hotel de 4 estrellas , cuando además todas las demás habitaciones del hotel disponen de balcón,en resumen cuando reservas una habitación mejor y pagas por una habitación mejor esperas una habitación mejor no lo que nos encontramos a nuestra llegada, sin más.

Lovely little hotel. In a great location great roof top pool. Reasonable priced drinks not much selection of snacks though. Room was very comfortable and clean. You have to pay to use the safe. I dont think the air con was very good might be a problem in the summer. Plenty of choice for breakfast no complaints at all. Will definitely go back

Agir Springs.
Nice Hotel Rooms and restaurant but …… it you want somewhere quiet to stay this hotel is not for you going to the roof top pool bar you’re greeted by loud “Boom Boom” music all day impossible to relax and chill the day away with stag and hen parties taking over drinking and smoking in the pool which states you shouldn’t do totally ruined the experience of would have been a beautiful place to relax. No consideration for other guests who would have liked peace and quiet as we regularly saw guest arrive and leave the pool area. Maybe we were unlucky as these parties were there at the same time but being in Benidorm they’ll be arriving every week.

Verrassende hotel
Het hotel ligt gunstig in het centrum van Benidorm, vriendelijke ontvangst bij de receptie, binnen 10 minuten ingecheckt en koffer uitgepakt in onze kamer. s Avonds in het hotel gegeten, diner was geweldig, heerlijk gegeten, heel vriendelijke bediening, na het eten even het centrum in geweest. De volgende morgen perfect ontbijt gehad, was keurig verzorgd, alles ruim op voorraad, na ontbijt even naar het dakterras naar het zwembad, zag er fantastisch uit. Wij hebben 24 uur lang genoten van het hotel, komen absoluut nog een keer terug.

Friendly staff
Lovely hotel very clean the bar man on the roof terrace always had a smile on his face and very welcoming, and the receptionist really nice ,I would definitely offer different food in the restaurant down stairs more tapas and the hotel food was excellent
