Regular stays.
Only taking a three day break this time, from our home in Polop. Regular guest over twenty years. Seen many changes not all for the better. Entertainment troupe a real let down, although friendly and welcoming, daytime activities seem to have stopped. evening shows much too loud, noisy, deafening and very amateurish. Even outside acts brought in were awful. Considering excellent entertainers available throughout bars in Benidorm a real let down.. However room was excellent, food first class and all staff, reception, bar staff and cleaners cannot be faulted. Would love to continue to visit regularly if only evening entertainment could be changed.

family time
i travelled with a friend and my two grandchildren . we had a fabulous stay at Rio Park. we had a family room it was spotless. the staff were all very friendly .

Point requiring attention
Everything was basically satisfactory. However I was not in the least happy with the fact that we were permitted according to Reception to’enjoy’ only 1 sachet of tea and coffee each. Furthermore the lift facility leaves a lot to be desired. Waiting up to 15 minutes or more than one occasion to get a left in either direction was nothing short of disgusting. With a total of 5 lifts there ought to be a better program set up in the system Lastly, it is totally unacceptable to stand in line for up to 20 minutes on the Happy Hour evenings together with outside people when I am a resident paid up guest.

Hello Alan, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with regards to your recent stay with us at the Hotel Rio Park. We are pleased that overall you found everything satisfactory but there were some points that you had some issues with. The tea / coffee is just a welcome gesture but this is not replenished daily unless the club service is booked. Unfortunately we can not stop non residents from using the bar / restaurant facilities as these have to be paid for but we will make sure your concerns are passed on for you. Short Break in Bennerz
We usually stay in Old Town, but decided to try the English End, pleasantly surprised by the standard of the Rio Park hotel, good location, great staff, food was adequate, and a good level of entertainment, we dont really have negative comment, even the lifts didnt bother us.. Lol.. Will definitely return

This is one of the best hotels in Benidorm ,have been coming here 12 years,the only downside is the lifts are so slow at peak times.

Puerta corta
La puerta de la habitación no llega al suelo y entra la luz del pasillo. Sugerencia: Añadir listón abajo.
