Pleasant stay
Lifts were frustrating. Staff were wonderful. Rooms were very clean and refreshed every day. Cleaning staff were very good. Food was good and plenty of it.

New Year stay
We had a brilliant stay over New Year at the Rio Park. We enjoyed it so much we returned on 16th January for two nights before we returned home. All staff are brilliant and are a credit to MED Playa. Hotel is spotlessly clean and the entertainment is excellent. Food at New Years Eve Gala was amazing and the best we have ever had in Spain. Looking forward to returning in March. Thanks to everyone at Rio Park.

Bastante bien
Hotel muy bueno, habitación confortable Lo único malo los ascensores, no los pudimos utilizar en toda la estancia, subir y bajar por las escaleras

Todo bien menos los ascensores
Un buen hotel y una buena estancia lamentablemente estropeada por el funcionamiento de los ascensores debido a que no están preparados para realizar paradas si se les llama desde las plantas. Mas de 20 minutos esperando y tuve que bajar a pie con la maleta desde la 7ª planta. Es la única razón por la que no volvería al Hotel, todo lo demás muy bien.

Excellent stay
Excellent and newly refurbished hotel. Will be staying here again. Staff go out of their way to be friendly. Reception was like meeting an old friend. Quality and selection of food was excellent.

Doctors
Need to make clients aware that if you are taken ill doctors at the clinics will not see you unless you are accompanied by a translator This was not made clear to us and we had a very hard job getting medication prescribed for my wife. In fact we found the lady doctor quite rude and obviously didnt want to know.

Hello Peter We are sorry to hear that you had issues with the local doctors whilst on holiday in Benidorm. There are 2 options available, you can use your insurance and use the private medical centres where all the dosctors speak English. Or if you have a European Health card you can use the local national health doctors but they may ask you to bring a translator, this varies from practice to practice. Espectacular, calidad precio
Fue un fin de semana espectacular, sabíamos que el hotel estaba recientemente reformado , pero nos sorprendió muchísimo conforme estaba.. La habitación donde estuvimos fue la familiar espectacular muy grande y con todo lo necesario, las zonas comunes también muy bien , los empleados correctos y muy amables, LO MÁS FLOJO PARA MI GUSTO FUE LAS COMIDAS. comparadas con otros hoteles de benidorm que hemos estado ej. SANDOS MÓNACO, BENIDORM PLAYA , FLAMINGO ETC. NO ESTOY PONIENDO NINGUNA PEGA SÍ ES UN COMENTARIO PARA QUÉ USTEDES LO TENGAN EN CUENTA Y MEJOREN EN ESE ASPECTO. EN CONCLUSIÓN EL HOTEL EN CALIDAD PRECIO UN 10 ESPECTACULAR . MUCHAS GRACIAS POR UNOS DÍAS TAN BONITOS. VOLVEREMOS A VISITAROS.

Buena experiencia con algunos fallos
Todo bien por lo general, lo único malo a destacar será el mal funcionamiento de los ascensores, su lentitud así que tuvimos que subir y bajar andando 7 pisos un par de veces! Y la poca variedad de comida en el buffet, así como el horario de cena que termina a las 21h30 que es la hora a la que de normal se empieza a cenar para la mayoría de los españoles!!!!

Very friendly staff great hotel
Stayed with my husband for a 5 night break we loved this hotel great service and great location we stayed in room 530 could not fault it only thing was bed was not comfortable it was 2 single beds one had wheels and was very uncomfortable mattress
