Ascensores
Durante nuestra semana de estancia hemos vivido largas esperas para acceder al ascensor . Suguiero que haya algún ascensor programado para solo dar servicio entre -1 , 0 y las plantas más altas y no tener que parar en todas las plantas . Esto agilizaría el flujo de clientes esperando el ascensor.

Finde muy aconsejable
Estuvimos un fin de semana y estuvo fenomenal. El desayuno genial, la habitación familiar está genial, es enorme, muy cómoda y estaba realmente limpia. La única pega son los ascensores, están mal programados, te paran en toooodas las plantas estando lleno, tardan un montón, y en un hotel de 12 plantas es una pena.

Rio Park Hotel
We stay at the Rio Park quite often, we are very happy with everything there, the staff are all very pleasant, the food is good, the facilities are good. No complaints

Birthday Celebrations
We had the loveliest 5 days at Hotel Rio Park and have booked to come back next year for the same dates. My husband was celebrating his 50th Birthday and on arrival we were given a bottle of wine which was a lovely touch. Rooms were spacious and clean, housekeeping attended everyday replacing towels and freshening up our room. Would highly recommend this Hotel 5 from us

Disappointed
The entertainment was terrible. We ate out twice as mostly cold

First time stay with Medplaya Group
We stayed 7 nights at Rio Park and very much look forward to returning due to the cleanliness, central location and friendly team of staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and much very much recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Benidorm.
