7th stay

My family and I have been coming to Benidorm since 2016, stayed at sol peliconis once and rest time at this hotel. We love this hotel, we love food the entertainment, staff are really nice and cleaners work hard. All background staff we don’t see keep the hotel running and well maintained. My recent stay was for my sons birthday he was 13. I was disappointed, as I did ask if we could book table and have some kind happy birthday song for him but never happened . Maybe they were busy? Next day tho they sang happy birthday to another child so I felt a bit sad for my son but he did t know no difference. Once again we had a lush stay tho. We have always been jan feb or March. And last year we came nov also. So July was different as it was hot, all I will say is that getting up to get a sun-bed was ridiculous but I had to do this just get a parasol as they are not enough. The pool needs be managed better as you had loads of people smoking around you, vaping blowing the smoke which for me is disgusting and I don’t want other peoples smoke blown over me or my son. You also had others take beds and parasols reserve them and never turn up until 2,3pm ? This is why pool should be Managed better and if you want beds and parasols then you should stay with them. So maybe opening pool at a later time or no reserved beds until 10pm . I know you have a sign with rules but no one listen and why are they going to when you do t do anything either.? This was my only gripe. I would live to say we be back in March as that’s when we are looking but now my son is 13 he his no longer a child which to be honest is silly because he cannot drink any alcohol as he’s not an adult, he hardly eats much food but yet you are charging me an adult price. I book direct with hotel last few times which works out better but for me come back it’s costing me an extra 500 plus euros on top of what I paid this year. It’s not worth it and I’ve looked at other hotels to compare and I can get better price. With good facilities and entertainment also. Maybe you need reconsider the child age to keep having returning families with tenagers. Thank you

Our family Holiday are Flamingo Oasis

We are just back from a Fantastic week in Flamingo Oasis with our two Children 10 and 15 years, the Hotel is so big and spacious so clean, entertainment was very good as was the food drinks, staff were lovely and so helpful, Medfest was on when we were their which included foam party and the shows and entertainment was out of this world, I would 100 per cent recommend this Hotel, also so close to indoor and outdoor market as well as shops bars, and beach.

El mejor hotel que estado nunca

El hotel es muy bonito,el personal súper atento, la comida buenísima incluso se me puso el niño malo y el encargado del comedor me dejó subirle la cena a mi mujer como una excepción, todo súper limpio, el snack de calidad todo, la piscina grande limpia y para mi no se la queja de los turistas ingleses por que yo no vi nada malo en su comportamiento en general se me pasó corto mi estancia allí ojalá pudiera repetir. Gracias a todo el personal del hotel por su trabajo.

Fabulous!!

Stayed in club room. FABULOUS!! Entertainment a little sub standard...but great for kids! Most staff were wonderful..one restaurant server very rude..she obviously has issues. One bartender the same thing. They let down the rest of the superb team! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay...we will be back!! ❤️❤️

Nos a gustado

Una habitación grande y espaciosa para 4 personas una cama principal grande y dos sofás camas muy cómodos lo único las almohadas incómodas pero pedimos más y nos las subieron enseguida. Las instalaciones cómodas y espaciosas había bastante gente en el hotel pero tampoco se notaba mucho La piscina como en todos los hoteles la gente reserva la ahamaca pero con un poco de paciencia siempre encontraban sitio y hamaca la piscina grande y el snac bar genial y el personal encantador La comida muy rica y nada repetitiva, mejor no entrar a primera hora a las comidas siempre hay gente y es mejor esperar La calidad y precio acordes Volvería a repeti

1. INTRODUCTION

At MedPlaya, our customers are our top priority. That's why we have developed the all-new MedPlaya Amigo! Loyalty Programme, designed to offer our direct customers the best prices, favourable conditions, and exclusive offers and benefits.

MedPlaya Amigo! consists of three levels: Holiday Friends, BFFs, and Soulmates. Your level within the programme increases as you accumulate more stays with us, and with each level, you unlock additional benefits.

The following terms and conditions outline how MedPlaya Amigo! works and can be referred to anytime on the MedPlaya Hoteles website: www.medplaya.com.

MedPlaya Amigo! utilizes a Customer Identification Number to identify members. By accepting these terms and conditions, the MedPlaya Amigo! member confirms their awareness and understanding of the programme’s details.

MedPlaya reserves the right to make necessary amendments to the conditions of MedPlaya Amigo! as it deems necessary.

The advantages of MedPlaya Amigo! are applicable to all MedPlaya hotels, with the exception of Resort Giverola & Bella Vista Beach Club.

2. REGISTERING FOR MEDPLAYA AMIGO!

The programme is available to adults over 18 years old.

Official bodies and companies are excluded from the MedPlaya Amigo! programme.

You can register for MedPlaya Amigo! through the following channels:

- The www.medplaya.com website: Fill out the online registration form with your personal information and accept the provided conditions.
- In MedPlaya Hotels: Use the QR code for registration.

Registration for MedPlaya Amigo! program is free. An email address is required to register for MedPlaya Amigo!, and each registration must have a unique email address.

3. MEDPLAYA AMIGO

Once you have completed registration for MedPlaya Amigo!, you can access your personal MedPlaya Amigo! area on www.medplaya.com. This can be done by identifying yourself with your email address or MedPlaya identification number (ID MedPlaya) and password.

Within the MedPlaya Amigo! dashboard, you can:

- View and download your digital MedPlaya Amigo! identification card, which displays your full name and MedPlaya Identification Number (ID MedPlaya).

- Check and update your personal details.

- View your booking history and easily make new reservations.

- Adjust your access settings for the MedPlaya Amigo! private area.

- Make your next reservation at the best price available!

Please note that your MedPlaya Amigo! membership is personal and non-transferable.

* In order that your discount is applied correctly on arrival it is important that you identify yourself using your ID MedPlaya Amigo! or email associated with your account when making your reservation.

4. BENEFITS OF MEDPLAYA AMIGO

As a member of the MedPlaya Amigo! you will be the first to hear of our promotions and offers* and will enjoy discounts and benefits on your direct reservations at all our MedPlaya Hotels, excluding Resort Giverola/Hotel Bella Vista.
*The inclusion in our Newsletter database is a condition of MedPlaya Amigo!

Discounts and benefits are applied based on your MedPlaya Amigo! membership level, all your stays (direct reservations only) count towards your membership level, and discounts, benefits and rewards are applicable on your stays with us when you have made your reservation on our website www.medplaya.com, through our Call Centre, Guest Service Managers, or directly at the hotel Reception.

Please refer to the table below for the different levels and associated benefits:

Your membership level is determined by the number of nights you have stayed with us (only direct reservations confirmed in your name count) in any MedPlaya Hotel within the two years preceding your upcoming reservation check-in date. Please note that membership levels may fluctuate based on this criterion.

Discounts and benefits do not apply to reservations made through third-party agents, online travel agents, or tour operators.

Discounts will be applied to the price of the room occupied by the MedPlaya Amigo! member at check-in, and benefits will be available upon, or shortly after, arrival at the hotel.
Benefits and discounts are not duplicated when more than one MedPlaya Amigo! member occupies a room.

Discounts are applied to the final price of the reservation, excluding extras, and are not applicable to 100% Non refundable bookings.

5. CANCELLING YOUR MEDPLAYA AMIGO MEMBERSHIP

Membership of the MedPlaya Amigo! programme may be cancelled for the following reasons:

- The user may request to cancel their membership of the MedPlaya Amigo! programme by sending an email to: contact@medplaya.com

- MedPlaya Management reserves the right to the temporary or permanent cancellation of the MedPlaya Amigo! members membership under the following circumstances:

- Improper use of the MedPlaya Amigo! Programme.
- Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions accepted when registering for the programme.
- Inappropriate behaviour at the hotel.
- Cancellation of subscription to Newsletter
- Detection of incorrect data provided when registering for the MedPlaya Amigo! programme.
- The demise of the MedPlaya Amigo! member.
- When no transactions or bookings have been made using your MedPlaya Amigo! account during the past five years.

6. PRIVACY POLICY – DATA PROTECTION

By completing the registration request for the MedPlaya Amigo! programme, the user accepts and authorizes MED PLAYA MANAGEMENT, SL to use and process the personal data provided for the purposes of the customer loyalty programme of the MED PLAYA group, such as the improvement of the commercial relationship with the client and making personalized offers.

Similarly, for the proper fulfilment of the programme, your personal data will be transferred to companies of the MED PLAYA group for the purposes described above.

The Personal Data that you provide will be processed to identify you as a user of the programme and to give you access to the various features and services that are available to users registered in the programme.

The user can, at any time, revoke consent for the processing of their personal data by sending an email to rgpd@medplaya.com. However, the revocation of consent will imply the exclusion of the client from the MedPlaya Amigo! programme.
