Todo fenomenal

A sido las mejores vacaciones que hemos podido tener, todo súper bien, el personal majisimo, la piscina fenomenal, las habitaciones limpias y confortable, el bufet con mucha variedad de comida, la única pega que podría poner esque las animaciones las hablan en inglés, por lo demás salimos encantado, volveremos el próximo año.

Comodidad para toda la familia. English required.

Un hotel ideal para desconectar y disfrutar de unos días de descanso. Muy buenas habitaciones, buena limpieza, comida por encima de lo habitual, recomendable el régimen de todo incluido. La animación es la esperada en este tipo de hoteles pero centrada, claro está, a un público predominantemente angloparlante.

Flamingo Oasis:- a truly great hotel.

My parents and I stayed here from 220624 to 020724 for my mother’s 80th birthday. The hotel is my parents favourite in Benidorm and this was their 14th visit and my first. My parents normally stay here in late September October, or in April early May so they were interested in seeing what it was like in mid summer, and there were some differences which I will explain as I go along. Firstly, the hotel was spotlessly clean apart from the adult sun lounge which had been neglected and not cleaned I took photos which I can share if necessary, this was disappointing as my parents told me that whenever they have been here previously it was always very clean. The rooms are always clean and very comfortable with lots of soap, shampoo, there was a complimentary red wine and water on arrival. One of the biggest positives for me was the staff, they are so friendly and eager to help. Anything we asked for was done without question - truly superb Customer Service. In particular a big thanks to Augustin and his staff for looking after my mother and making her feel very special on her 80th birthday! The biggest positive for us was the food, it was just awesome. The choice and quality was just amazing. There was always something available too outside of main restaurant hours, the pool bar serves burgers, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, etc during the afternoon which we used every day when we returned from our daily afternoon walk. Unfortunately for us, the only major negative was the entertainment, normally in the Autumn, Winter & early Spring the entertainment is obviously indoors & mostly adult based with some quality shows, with a alternative entertainment provided in the piano bar. However we didn’t realise that in the peak season the entertainment moves outdoors around the pool, with the piano bar closed and is about 80 focused on children & families. We didn’t realise there would be so many children there during our stay as it was still school term but we didn’t want to sit around the pool with families and kids running around everywhere so we sat on the terrace above but it wasn’t possible to hear the shows sufficiently well enough to enjoy. There were some good performances for adults The Blue Brothers and The Greatest Showman but in general the entertainment was very disappointing from our point of view, for example, there was a family type quiz with parents & children running around the stage at 10pm in the evening, when we thought the entertainment should be far more adult based by that time of night. Every night there was karaoke billed for 11:30pm but this almost never happened as the families normally took their children to bed and everything closed down. One final negative, when my parents stayed at the hotel previously 2019 free drinks were available on the all inclusive package right up until midnight but now only 11pm, again disappointing. In summary, this is a great hotel with tremendous Staff, Customer Service and outstanding food, but the entertainment and other adult facilities appear to be neglected in preference for family and children during the summer peak season. If we come in peak Summer season again, we will make sure we stay at an adult only hotel. However, my parents will return to the Flamingo Oasis in the winter months again when hopefully their experience will be the same as it always has been in the past.

Good Hotel

Stayed here for 5 nights in May. The only fault we experienced was the evening entertainment in the piano bar has been reduced to about 45mins, in fact one night there was no entertainment and the following night a singer was on for 35 mins. Other that that the hotel is good, would be great if they returned to the original entertainment times in the piano bar.

Estancia en Flamingo Oasis Benidorm

Hotel con buenas instalaciones y atención del personal muy buena, pero si eres español recomiendo no ir. Está totalmente enfocado al mercado inglés con horarios de restaurante poco usuales, piscina cerrada a las 18 horas cuando más apetece el baño y durante la estancia ningún espectáculo fue realizado en al menos castellano e inglés solo hablaban en inglés, ni siquiera avisando de que habíamos españoles entre el público.

4 day getaway

Loverly hotel and we stayed in the club room First room stunk of smoke which was quickly changed and the rest of the getaway was a breeze . Off road parking is perfect for us as your right by the door . Food excellent and all staff very friendly and a great asset to the hotel . Thanks

One Week Saty

Fantastic Hotel - Excellent Food - Friendly Staff We stayed in a Club Room - so avoided the kids etc - Really good room and the added bonus of the Rooftop, separate dining and Club Roombar Only bit that could be better is the Entertainment.. I appreciate that Benidorm offers a huge amount varied options.. but the hotel could do a bit better. The Piano Bar is great nobody plays it though - and the Entertainment is either too short often 45 minutes, or too late starting at 10pm - it fills up at about 8pm and nothing for 1-2 hours... We visited the main Entertainment area - but were surrounded by kids with much of the shows, music etc for families.. No probs with that and I know it is a family hotel.. All in all - I would definitely stay again am booking for September - everything is near-on perfect just the slight moan about Entertainment

Hotel Flamingo

Únicamente hemos pernoctado una noche la cuál a sido muy satisfactoria lo único que no nos pareció correcto son las actividades de animación porque no todos somos ingleses y tanto los juegos como las actividades son habladas en inglés y hay que pensar en los que no deseamos hablar inglés ya que cuando visitamos su país sí no hablas su lengua eres como un cero a la izquierda. Por lo demás todo estupendo gracias

1. INTRODUCTION

At MedPlaya, our customers are our top priority. That's why we have developed the all-new MedPlaya Amigo! Loyalty Programme, designed to offer our direct customers the best prices, favourable conditions, and exclusive offers and benefits.

MedPlaya Amigo! consists of three levels: Holiday Friends, BFFs, and Soulmates. Your level within the programme increases as you accumulate more stays with us, and with each level, you unlock additional benefits.

The following terms and conditions outline how MedPlaya Amigo! works and can be referred to anytime on the MedPlaya Hoteles website: www.medplaya.com.

MedPlaya Amigo! utilizes a Customer Identification Number to identify members. By accepting these terms and conditions, the MedPlaya Amigo! member confirms their awareness and understanding of the programme’s details.

MedPlaya reserves the right to make necessary amendments to the conditions of MedPlaya Amigo! as it deems necessary.

The advantages of MedPlaya Amigo! are applicable to all MedPlaya hotels, with the exception of Resort Giverola & Bella Vista Beach Club.

2. REGISTERING FOR MEDPLAYA AMIGO!

The programme is available to adults over 18 years old.

Official bodies and companies are excluded from the MedPlaya Amigo! programme.

You can register for MedPlaya Amigo! through the following channels:

- The www.medplaya.com website: Fill out the online registration form with your personal information and accept the provided conditions.
- In MedPlaya Hotels: Use the QR code for registration.

Registration for MedPlaya Amigo! program is free. An email address is required to register for MedPlaya Amigo!, and each registration must have a unique email address.

3. MEDPLAYA AMIGO

Once you have completed registration for MedPlaya Amigo!, you can access your personal MedPlaya Amigo! area on www.medplaya.com. This can be done by identifying yourself with your email address or MedPlaya identification number (ID MedPlaya) and password.

Within the MedPlaya Amigo! dashboard, you can:

- View and download your digital MedPlaya Amigo! identification card, which displays your full name and MedPlaya Identification Number (ID MedPlaya).

- Check and update your personal details.

- View your booking history and easily make new reservations.

- Adjust your access settings for the MedPlaya Amigo! private area.

- Make your next reservation at the best price available!

Please note that your MedPlaya Amigo! membership is personal and non-transferable.

* In order that your discount is applied correctly on arrival it is important that you identify yourself using your ID MedPlaya Amigo! or email associated with your account when making your reservation.

4. BENEFITS OF MEDPLAYA AMIGO

As a member of the MedPlaya Amigo! you will be the first to hear of our promotions and offers* and will enjoy discounts and benefits on your direct reservations at all our MedPlaya Hotels, excluding Resort Giverola/Hotel Bella Vista.
*The inclusion in our Newsletter database is a condition of MedPlaya Amigo!

Discounts and benefits are applied based on your MedPlaya Amigo! membership level, all your stays (direct reservations only) count towards your membership level, and discounts, benefits and rewards are applicable on your stays with us when you have made your reservation on our website www.medplaya.com, through our Call Centre, Guest Service Managers, or directly at the hotel Reception.

Please refer to the table below for the different levels and associated benefits:

Your membership level is determined by the number of nights you have stayed with us (only direct reservations confirmed in your name count) in any MedPlaya Hotel within the two years preceding your upcoming reservation check-in date. Please note that membership levels may fluctuate based on this criterion.

Discounts and benefits do not apply to reservations made through third-party agents, online travel agents, or tour operators.

Discounts will be applied to the price of the room occupied by the MedPlaya Amigo! member at check-in, and benefits will be available upon, or shortly after, arrival at the hotel.
Benefits and discounts are not duplicated when more than one MedPlaya Amigo! member occupies a room.

Discounts are applied to the final price of the reservation, excluding extras, and are not applicable to 100% Non refundable bookings.

5. CANCELLING YOUR MEDPLAYA AMIGO MEMBERSHIP

Membership of the MedPlaya Amigo! programme may be cancelled for the following reasons:

- The user may request to cancel their membership of the MedPlaya Amigo! programme by sending an email to: contact@medplaya.com

- MedPlaya Management reserves the right to the temporary or permanent cancellation of the MedPlaya Amigo! members membership under the following circumstances:

- Improper use of the MedPlaya Amigo! Programme.
- Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions accepted when registering for the programme.
- Inappropriate behaviour at the hotel.
- Cancellation of subscription to Newsletter
- Detection of incorrect data provided when registering for the MedPlaya Amigo! programme.
- The demise of the MedPlaya Amigo! member.
- When no transactions or bookings have been made using your MedPlaya Amigo! account during the past five years.

6. PRIVACY POLICY – DATA PROTECTION

By completing the registration request for the MedPlaya Amigo! programme, the user accepts and authorizes MED PLAYA MANAGEMENT, SL to use and process the personal data provided for the purposes of the customer loyalty programme of the MED PLAYA group, such as the improvement of the commercial relationship with the client and making personalized offers.

Similarly, for the proper fulfilment of the programme, your personal data will be transferred to companies of the MED PLAYA group for the purposes described above.

The Personal Data that you provide will be processed to identify you as a user of the programme and to give you access to the various features and services that are available to users registered in the programme.

The user can, at any time, revoke consent for the processing of their personal data by sending an email to rgpd@medplaya.com. However, the revocation of consent will imply the exclusion of the client from the MedPlaya Amigo! programme.
