1 week all inclusive
Really enjoyed my stay at the resort, was relaxing and fun! Food was lovely but very repetitive.. rooms were clean but beds were not too comfy.. staff were nice but I got the vibe they didn’t really like their jobs, or tourists, one or the other. Some staff really stood out, Damian and Joel were AMAZING!

Hotel Calypso the BEST
Very good entertainment, shows, food, staff always helpful. 3rd time at this hotel. Have booked with Med Playa several times all over Spain without hesitation over the past 35 years.

Piscine
Il faudrait faire nettoyer plus souvent les abords de la piscine car vous avez une partie de votre clientèle qui est sale et irrespectueuse en laissant nourriture,boissons du all inclusive, par terre.

Un gran hotel

OPINION GENERAL
ES EL TERCER AÑO QUE REPETIMOS Y EN GENERAL EL NIVEL DE SATISFACCION ES MUY BUENO. ENTENDEMOS QUE DEBERIAN INTENTAR QUE LA ANIMACION PARA NIÑOS POR LA NOCHE NO FUERA SOLO EN INGLES O POR LO MENOS INCLUIR ALGUN ANIMADOR QUE HABLE EN ESPAÑOL PARA ESA ANIMACION AUNQUE NUESTROS HIJOS SON YA MAYORES PERO ES SOLO DAR NUESTRA OPINION. CREEMOS QUE LOS SOCORRISTAS DEBERIAN ESTAR MAS PENDIENTES DE SU COMETIDO Y NO DEJAR LAS PISCINAS SIN VIGILANCIA DURANTE VARIOS MOMENTOS AL DIA O ESTAR DISTRAIDOS CON OTRA COSAS. COMO HE COMENTADO EL NIVEL DE SATISFACCION ES MUY BUENO Y ES EL MOTIVO DE REPETIR YA DURANTE VARIOS AÑOS. DAR NUESTRA FELICITACION A TODO EL PERSONAL POR SU EXCELENTE TRATO INCLUYENDO AL EQUIPO DE ANIMACION Y QUE CREEMOS QUE ES UNO DE LOS VALORES DEL HOTEL. My stay from start to finish was brilliant. Everything was great cleanliness staff food and especially my room 605 am currently booking stay no2 highly recommended for families couples etc great job 5 ☆
