Estancia muy agradable
Hemos estado 5 noches en este hotel, mi marido mi hijo de 3 años y yo, y en general todo ha sido muy agradable y hemos estado agusto. El personal muy amable en general, la animación para mí gusto algo escasa la de los niños, pero en general bien. La comida, nosotros teníamos media pensión desayuno y cena, el desayuno muy muy variado y todo muy rico, la cena sobre todo eché de menos cosas para niños tipo, salchichas, hamburguesas en la plancha por ejemplo estaría bien. Aún así en general variado. El horario de la cena como de costumbre adaptado exclusivamente a los clientes extranjeros, en españa no acostumbramos a cenar alas 8 de la tarde , aún así aunque llegases alas 9 y terminase alas 9ymedia había de todo y reponían todo enseguida. La sala de juegos con la bolera un acierto a nuestro hijo le encantó. Al llegar a la habitación teníamos una taza, una botella de vino y una de agua de regalo. Es de agradecer. La tienda de souvenirs del hotel está genial de precio y tiene cosas muy bonitas. Y la dependienta que creo q es argentina muy amable, gracias. En general todo muy bien, el hotel está cerca de todo más o menos, tiene buenas instalaciones y El personal en general muy amable. Gracias por la estancia. Un saludo, Esther

Hôtel très correct
Hôtel très correct, nous sommes allés du 23 au 27 septembre. Personnel très sympathique à laccueil comme au bar même avec la barrière de la langue. Chambre propre, grande avec petit réfrigérateur. Une bouteille de vin et un mug en cadeau de bienvenue. Petit déjeuner très varié beaucoup de sucré comme de salé. Car pour aller à Port Aventura à 5 minutes de marche de lHôtel vers le Burger King. grande allée de promenade avec plein de magasin pour les souvenirs proche de lhôtel. Pas de parking proche de lhôtel mais un parking communal à 6€ tous les 24h très convenable. Très bon séjour trop court !!!!!. Merci beaucoup !!!!!!

Top class
We stayed at the Med Playa Salou from the 18th Sept to the 27th September.. we checked in online so checkin was handled very quick. Reception staff were very helpful and very accommodating. We booked breakfast only and there was a wide variety of food on offer to suit everyone’s taste , I could not fault it and the staff in the restaurant were lovely and very hard workers. No problem every morning getting a Sunbed as there was plenty to go around . Pool area was spotless as well. The room had everything we needed with comfortable beds . It was cleaned most days . I think maybe 2 days it wasn’t but that was fine it wasn’t much of a hassle dressing the bed ourselves and putting away any rubbish . Entertainment was also very good for families I kept my room on day of checkout until 6pm which only cost €40 which was well worth it. Overall I could not fault it and I would definitely book there again .

Nice hotel, friendly staff
We had a nice stay at the hotel overall. It wasn’t bad, but it also wasn’t the best. The staff were very kind and helpful, and we were satisfied with the room cleaning. However, the dining area could have been a bit cleaner – sometimes the glasses and plates were not perfectly washed. Also, the beds in our room tended to slide apart since they were two single beds pushed together, which was a bit uncomfortable. Apart from that, we enjoyed our time and had a pleasant stay.

Personal excelente
Una buena experiencia, sobre todo destacar la atención de todo el personal recepción, animación, restaurante que fue de 10 y eso se agradece. Las instalaciones y servicios buenos, la playa a 15 min andando. Un aspecto negativo fue la limpieza de la habitación, las camas estaban limpias pero los armarios muy sucios y el baño desprendía un olor insoportable.

Great Hotel
We stayed here in Sept 2025 and we all loved it. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff were very helpful. Our rooms were perfect - plenty of space and had safe and fridge. Entertainment was more geared towards young Spanish kids but it still created a nice atmosphere. New pool very nice. Water cold but I think this is the norm in Salou. Food was very good with decent selection. I think if we were there in July or August it may have been too busy for us. I can imagine there would have been much longer queues for breakfast and getting a sunbed and space in pool would be much more difficult. Overall we loved this spot and if returning to Salou we will go back to this hotel. I checked a few other hotels G Port & G Avenida when I was there and none of them were as good as Medplaya.

Super séjour
Nous avons passé un super séjour au sein de lhôtel. Réservé pour passer un petit weekend au parc dattractions qui est seulement à 9 min en voiture et accessible en bus. La station balnéaire et ses activités sont à proximité immédiate ! La chambre que nous avons eu était très bien, belle surface, grand lit double uni, et grande terrasse ! Petit cadeau de bienvenue de la part de lhôtel qui fait plaisir. Nous navons pas profité des animations en journée ni en soirée mais il y a toujours quelque chose à voirà faire. Les piscines sont corrects. Tous les transats sont réservés au beau matin il faut se lever tôt pour en avoir un ahah! Nous avions que le petit déjeuner, avec un beau buffet, du sucré et du salé classique. Petite terrasse pour manger dehors qui est sympathique. Un très bon séjour !

La primera vez que a ido a este hotel para mi experiencia es el mejor tiempo lo ha pasado alli my cómodo como fuira estas en tu casa son my amables desde las personas de recepción hasta la gente de la cosina ayudan mucho todo genial volveremos más gente año que viene ????gracias por todo

Solid Choice
I have stayed at this hotel 3 times, and its always a great choice. The food is diverse and the staff is super friendly. The location is great to catch buses or go to the beach. Only con was that the doors dont have great isolation, so you can here people in the corridor. The walls isolation is great though. Thanks :

Férias em família Top
As instalações do hotel são excelentes e toda a dinâmica do espaço é fantástica. O pessoal é simplesmente top, muito prestável e sempre atencioso, tanto nos bares como, sobretudo, no restaurante – merece mesmo uma menção especial, a chefe de sala, penso, e peço desculpa se me engano no nome, a Rosário. A alimentação é variada e de boa qualidade, embora pudesse ser um pouco melhorada. A animação é muito boa e ajuda a tornar a estadia ainda mais agradável. O quarto que nos foi atribuído era enorme, bastante confortável, mas a limpeza do chão podia ser mais cuidada, já que mesmo após a limpeza as crianças ficavam com os pés bastante sujos. A localização também é ótima, o que facilita muito a estadia. No geral, uma experiência muito positiva e a repetir.
