Inconvenientes: - soporte ducha incómodo. - comida con muchas salsas, falta de tipos de fruta, y se echa de menos mayor variedad de comida.

Hola es la primera vez que iba con mi familia de hotel ya que hasta ahora hemos ido de apartamento, hemos ido a todo incluido y nos ha encantado la experiencia! Creo que repetiremos.

We have visited several years as a family

Excellent value for money and even better if you book direct with the hotel. We have been several times and also recommended to family and friends who were equally surprised at how good things are at this hotel. Entertainment very much sets this hotel apart with kids activities for younger visitors and more shows later in the evening. Special mention for the lovely lovely Rosario in the restaurant reception who amazingly recognizes us each year and welcomes us all with a smiling hug. Location is within 25min walking distance of Portaventura theme park or you can catch busroad train if preferred. The main high street of shops leading to beach is only 5mins walk. The only improvement I would suggest is to inform all inclusive guests of the perks on offer for them such as ice-creams and crisps being available via the main bar and burgers and chips being available all day between main meals in the upper restaurant. Most new visitors dont find out about these things for several days and only then via other guests.

Wonderful value hotel .great for kids

The hotel is wonderful. The staff are so friendly and pleasant. The food was great and you would never go hungry on an all inclusive. The entertainment was great and plenty for kids to do. The adult entertainment was good as well later on . Tue room in the new building were really comfortable and super clean.the only down fall to stop me goin again was just bad luck there was a lot of smokers and there is no designated smoking areas. My daughter even came home with a cough.people smoking around kids constantly wasn’t my thing . Even 1 NO SMOKING AREA FOR US . And it’s very crowded around the pool. But they do have constant supervision on the pool.

En general muy bien

La verdad nos ha sorprendido todo en general para bien al ser un 3 estrellas, hemos estado en hoteles 4 estrellas bastante peor, supongo será por la ubicación. Comidas en buffet muy bien, la comida es buena y la invitación a la cena de la terraza fue espectacular, la comida estaba muy buena y recomiendo a todo el que pueda cenar ahí lo haga, saldrá encantado con el servicio y la cena. Gracias por todo y hasta la próxima. Saludos

algunos fallos como cortes de luz, grifos y duchas un poco viejos la mayoria se salen y gotean ,lacomida bien pero repetitiva.una pega es que si vas a pension completa te tengas que pagar la vebida en el bufet,en la mayoria de europa se toma cafe despues de comer aqui te tienes que ir al bar porque las maquinas no funcionan al igual que la del agua.el agua no se le niega a nadie.por lo demas todo bien.son cositas que sepueden mejorar.
