Muy buen hotel
Personal fantástico desayuno y cenas muy bien comida poca variedad de eleccion cerca de la playa y de bares y restaurantes

Great 4 night break
Me and my friend have just arrived home from a 4 night break at hotel Ruidor. We found the hotel lovely and also the staff very friendly and helpful We will definitely be booking this hotel again

Lovely
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the riudor, staff and communications were excellent , rooms although quite small had everything we needed, i.e. Towels, kettle, fridge and more , my only problem was not with the hotel but other guests reserving sun beds so no one else could use them and some were gone most of the day . , only had breakfast once but it was ok and plenty of choice, would definitely stay here again ... thankyou

The best hotel in benidorm!
I, Vicky and my partner Stephen have stayed in the Riudor multiple times, twice this year already. every stay is absolutely perfect, the food is next to non and the staff are brilliant. we cannot wait to stay here again!

Enjoyed
The staff,food and everything about the hotel was good. Could possible change the glass on the balconies to clear. Also Leave mosquito spray in the rooms as was bitten quite badly most nights when asleep. The terrace area and pool side toilets had cockroaches needs to be dealt with more regularly

Hello Peter, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate your feedback and it will be taken into mind. In countries like Spain it is very difficult to control cockroaches 100% with it being outdoors. The Hotel does regular check ups but it is an impossible task to keep them clear at all times. We are delighted that you found everything about the Hotel to be good, especially the food and the staff. Hopefully the Riudor will be your first chioce when returning to Benidorm. Our first stay at The Riudor
We had a lovely holiday here. Hotel was excellent. No queuing in restaurant or at bar and could always get a subbed!!!! Air con could have done with hiking up and sheets could have been changed a bit more often but these are just minor niggles.

Great time in Benidorm
Stayed at the Riudor in the new town, for about 10 years running. It is a great hotel, very clean, spotless rooms and bathroom, and great staff, especially Antonio who helped us with our Spanish while serving efficiently! we liked most of the entertainment and activities and usually stayed most nights at the hotel. It is in a great location - near the beach, the bus stops and all of the lively bars and restaurants around the area. The food id buffet style with plenty of choice. We had a deluxe room with free fridge and drinks, a safe, bathrobe and slippers, and chocs every day! Loved it - will be back again next year

enjoyed
Enjoyed our holiday at your hotel , food was good compared to most hotels in Benidorm. Some area could do with improvement, having stayed in loads of hotels the Riador is the only one where I could not see off the balcony when seated . removing top frosted glass for clear glass would solve that problem. Sticking to 9am rule for pool would also be better.
