HOLIDAY

VERY GOOD, EXCEPT FOR NO HEATING FOR 2DAYS, IT WAS FREEZEING DURING THE NIGHT AND DAY. WE HAD TO SLEEP WITH OUR CLOTHES ON TO GET WARM, ALSO THERE WAS QUITE A FEW GROUPS OF LADS MAKING A LOT OF NOISE, SLAMING DOORS ETC HENCE A LOT OF COMPLAINTS FROM PEOPLE WHO COULD NOT GET TO SLEEP..

Amabilidad personal.

el único pero que le pondría es el horario de la cena , ya que está encarado para extranjeros. Se cierra el buffet a las 21:15. Mi llegada al alojamiento fue sobre esa hora. Pero el personal fue muy amable. Tanto el recepcionista que me avisó para que me diera tiempo cenar , y el personal del buffet que estuvo atento para que pudiera coger mi cena antes de retirarla y cerrar. Mi alojamiento fue solo una noche y marché temprano , por lo que no puedo opinar de mucho más. Pero para lo breve que fue mi estancia ,el personal con el que coincidí me hizo sentir muy a gusto. REPETIREMOS

La relación calidad precio perfecta. Lo único malo la cama de muelles, y la insonorización. Pero cada suplido por el resto, la comida buena, el todo incluido esta bien, el personal fantástico y el wifi funciona de maravilla.

An enjoyable stay

The room was well lit which meant reading was no problem. Occasionally I could hear a few revellers in the early hours of the morning but this did not prevent me from getting a good nights sleep. Sometimes I had to wait for the elevator but as I was on the second floor this was not a problem. I walked down to the restaurant.

Regente

Stayed at this hotel for Christmas and New Year for the last 3 years each year we have been given a fantastic time, both in food and entertainment not to mention comfort which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff are friendly and will go the extra mile if necessary. Highly recommend this hotel.

Xmas

Thoroughly enjoyed our second Christmas at Hotel, entertainment was a priority, which we appreciated. Good choice of food, Xmas day turkey & steak excellent. Staff always happy & friendly, and we will return.

Great Christmas 2016

This is our second time at this Hotel and the entertainment has improved immensely and the animation team were brilliant as was the Gala dinner on Christmas day ,credit too the restaurant staff who did a great job keeping up with a hectic lunch . My only complaint was the very poor quality of the drinks on the all inclusive package .
