Brilliant Break
We have never been to this hotel before although have been visiting Benidorm for over forty years It’s a nice clean welcoming hotel we had a lovely room with free tea and coffee facilities and a fridge excellent. Food was very varied always something to eat with a really good team taking care of us. We were all inclusive and Miguel Pablo Victor and Marko are brilliant always smiling and dishing up excellent drinks. The guy on reception is lovely I didn’t catch his name but he is Spanish and short in stature he gave us some excellent advice on getting about on the correct buses. It’s such a long walk to the old town so went by bus and walked back. Shari did her very best with entertainment and the Medplaya team did a few shows that were good I definitely will return thank you to all especially Susana the loyalty rep who arranged more booking with the Medplaya hotels with great discounts if you join the Amigos club

Más variedad de comida
El hotel está genial, las habitaciones muy comodas con muchos detalles, mejoraría la comida con más variedad. El chico de recepción de diez no sé su nombre pero tendría 60 años o menos. Buena experiencia.

Satisfecho
Es la 1a vez que vamos a este hotel, me decidi por los comentarios de booking, y por precio. La verdad es que hemos estado muy a gusto y satisfechos en general es de notable alto, el detalle de la cafetrera en la habitacion me gano enteros, es de agradecer. La animacion por la nioche y los especatuculos de baile muy bien, destacar a Norvey el presentador, por su buen hacer y profesionalidad. REPETIREMOSSSSSS

Algo justo para ser 4
La ubicación es buena y de la comida destaco el desayuno bastante bueno. Las comidas y cenas de buffet eran justas. Faltaba algo más de variedad de platos y sobretodo en los postres, sólo había tartas además de yogur y fruta. La habitación era un poco pequeña pero estaba todo limpio. El personal muy agradable.

Great 5 night break
Stayed here as a couple for 5 nights.Hotel was absolutely spotless in all areas.Bedrooms had lovely white crisp bed linen ,walk in shower again spotless.Bar area comfortable staff very friendly ,drinks great can recommend the pina coladas All staff lovely from the reception ,bar,restaurant and housekeeping,We had sunny days on the terrace which again was clean and comfortable Food was good quality and selection the salad bar was lovely.Entertainment team really worked hard the Vegas show was great.In summary a great stay in a lovely hotel will definitely return

Good Hotel, great staff, food variable.
We went 14 days all inclusive, the breakfast was excellent every day, afternoon meal, and evening meals not good Monday to Friday, but improved at weekends. We would stay there again B&B, but only go FB. or AI , If the meals improved mid week. We have stayed stayed with Medplaya on many occasions. This is the first time we have found a fault with their service

Genial repetiría sin duda …
Hemos ido en el mes de enero mi peque y yo y la verdad que genial …la comida variada el personal súper amable …la animación la verdad que no había nada para niños pero era normal estábamos en el mes de enero … mi peque de 5 años y yo ya tenemos hotel de veraneo sin duda ..
