Buena estancia.
No me gustó que en la habitación no hubiera nevera y que en régimen de pensión completa no dieran ni agua. Por lo demás tanto el trato del personal como la estancia fue perfecta.

Como puede comprobar en la descripción de las habitaciones, las habitaciones superiores, Junior Suites o Club service estan equipadas con frigorífico. Le recomendamos que elija una habitación Club, para disfrutar de todas las facilidades. En relación a las bebidas, unicamente la opción 'Todo Incluido' incluye las bebidas ilimitadas en el restaurante y en el bar, esta es una característica propia en todos los hoteles de la zona. Excellent hotel good food and staff friendly animation team
We have just returned from a 7 day stay for feb half term. 2 adults 2 children 11 and 14years. my daugher and her friend stayed for 3 nights they are18yrs old. From a speedy check in on a late friday, we knew we made the right choice. We missed the evening meal and light snack and watermwe waiting for us in the dining room.The hotel is spotless. We stayed in a studio and it was massive-we were all inclusive but had self catering facilities to. The room 3909 had a pool view and beautiful sea view. There was a entertainment Programme for everyone to join in young and old. The animation team were great and spoke lots of languages so nomone was left out. They worked so hard. The only fault was the bar was always busy and you would often have to wait-the barnstaff were friendly barring one blonde ladynwho never smiled and imheard her being rude to a few guests. Now the food- mixed choice always hot and varied no worries even forma fussy eater and the snack bar was also available atbselected times throughout the day. The location is great yes there is a cardiac hill but its a 30second walk. Lotsnof local shops restaurants and things to do nearby. With good transport links. 5 min walk to Bonanza square. The pool was cold but its tombe expected it was February. The weather was changeable but again it was feb and warm enough for short. We would definitely return and not hesitate to recommend to any age afamilys, solo or elderly. Only negative was we booked 7nights and on the last minute my daughter gotmtime of uni and booked flights tomjoin us unfortunately all inclusive was only available for a minimum 5 nights somwe paid form2 nights she did not stay. Other alternatives were available but we wanted them tomhave the same has our family. But it was great value and we were very impressed. Manynthanks keep up the hard work.

Better than we had Expected!
We were just looking for a place to stay for the week prior to Christmas 2016. The deal was good at the Medplaya Bali, and the supplement for Half Board was low. Had low expectations of food having not stayed in a Spanish hotel with a meal plan for 20 years but the food was absolutely sound. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast, no good or bad surprises there. The evening meals had a wide selection of salads, soups and a number of main courses. Deserts were also good - we were well fed. Whilst the pool area was closed on one side of the hotel, the other pool was a sun trap even in December and nice to sit around. The icing on the cake would have been if the pool was heated. As it was, it was way too cold to use in December and this was ultimately our only disappointment. Intending to come back in 2017.

Recent Visit
Our recent experience was very pleasant and we enjoyed our stay, although I did find the evening meals uninteresting lacking in taste but there was always something you could eat.

My stay
MY STAY AT THE BALI WAS SUPERB AS USUAL THIS WAS MY SEVENTH OR EIGHTH HOLIDAY THERE THE STAFF ARE ALL VERY FRIENDLY AND I THINK IT IS WORTH MORE THAN THE THREE STAR STATUS

Short valentine break
This is our second time at this hotel. The staff are fantastic. A credit to the hotel. Needs a bit of updating but is very clean. Rooms are done daily. Bedding is spotless. Definitely be back again.

Always a pleasure
My wife and I have stayed at the Bali lots and lots of times. We know that we are going to get a good breakholiday at a very competitive price. Clean accommodation and a good range of facilities. The food is varied although a little bias towards Spanish dishes, which is understandable. This visit I think that the kitchen personnel have changed. Please can we have veg without garlic. Overall a very good hotel. Proof that is very well patronised by lots of different nationalities. Up to now I will always recommend this hotel.

Bali Good
A really good friendly hotel and the staff are excellent and many have been there for years which is very comforting and family friendly. The hotel is very clean with a good range of facilities. Many improvements have been made in the last 3 years which has enhanced the hotel to a much higher rating than its star rating suggests. We will continue to visit several times each year until the HILL gets too difficult for us.
