Yet again, outstanding!

I have been visiting this hotel every year for 11 years now with my daughters who are now 14 & 18, I have also travelled as a single traveller but this last visit was with my Mother. The girls and are are back again in August. Year on year this hotel develops further and never fails to exceed my expecatatons. The accommodation, the bars and the food are fantastic. But, I consider it is the guys who pull everything together at the hotel that make it extra special and those guys are the staff, majority have been there since I started going 11 years ago. Every member of staff, wherever you are, customer relations, reception, bar, restaurant, house maids and not least, Victor and his entertainment team are a credit to the success of this hotel and a very enjoyable holiday for my family and I.

We had a lovely holiday. Met old friends again and made new ones. Staff as usual were very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to seeing you again later in the year.

Happy Days

As always the staff are very helpful they go out of there way to accommodate our wishes we have been going to this hotel for about 30 years, some of the staff we have know from our first visit and we are treated as part of the family.That is why we keep going back.PS top marks to our room cleaner Pepi Block 2 and all in the dinning room and reception.

March Visit

Have visited numerous times in the last three years. Reception and bar staff friendly and efficient. Restaurant staff welcoming but food not as hot as previous visits. Cleaning staff very hardworking and do an excellent job. Entertainment staff work tirelessly and very friendly. Looking forward to our visit in May.

Holiday

Hotel fine but food could be more varied with more fruit and vegetables.

Great hollidey

Its not our first stay we have been going back now for many years its a great place to stay at a reasonable price staff and cleaners are great will be there again next year

Brill holiday

Had a great time when we stayed at the Medplaya Bali Hotel we found everything to be excellent the food the cleanliness the entertainment and the staff couldnt do enough. Would not advise anybody with mobility problems to use this hotel as it is on an incline and although it is only about 100metres it is quite steep. VIVA ESPANIA X

VERY GOOD

Excellent as always. All staff friendly, polite, helpful, and courteous, this includes Reception, Room Service, Bar, Cleaners, Restaurant, staff exceptional We did not use the Animation so cannot comment. Special thanks to Daniel the hotel representative for all his help with our booking and special requests. THE FOLLOWING SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN AS A COMPLAINT BUT AN OBSERVATION FOR YOUR INFORMATION Just one little problem, we think we were the first to use the Club Service as we had to keep asking reception for Milk as they were not replaced when the room was serviced.

Great week in the sun

3rd time at the hotel always clean and friendly absolutely nothing negative to say.
