Lo mejor el personal

Encanta reprtire encanta
Después de casi no poder llegar porque se nos averió el coche en el camino, habíamos decidido pasar una noche en este hotel para seguir el recorrido hacia Andalucía, pero teniendo en cuenta el que nos quedamos sin transporte decidimos pasar más tiempo en Benidorm, al comentarlo con la recepción del hotel, el señor Juan Manuel que es muy amable se las arregló como fuera para permitir que pasáramos dos noches más además con el detalle de tener derecho a la comida el día de la salida, el recibimiento fue muy agradable, el trato de todo el personal espectacular, siempre muy atentos en todo y la comida deliciosa y buena variedad. Repeturemos sin lugar a dudas. Muchas gracias.

Medplaya always delivers
Usually we stay at the Riudor but due to it being refurbished we were relocated to the Regente. Lovely staff Juan you are such a gentleman and facilities. Very clean throughout. Bit further away from where we usually stay but still within walking distance to where we like going. Food good. Thank you for carrying forward the booking during the pandemic and for being so flexible about dates. The discount and lovely upgrade was fantastic. Will be back!!!

Correcto
Estancia buena. Habitación limpia, un poco pequeña al ser 3 camas, pero suficiente. Temía por la comida por los comentarios que había leído pero estaba bien. La gente últimamente tiene el morro fino y parecen críticos de michelín... Estancia correcta, nada a destacar mal.

been using this hotel every year for 40 years except 2 years pandemic
great toi see improvements in bedrooms reception dining room staff 5 star as ever .my only negative was showers need bar to hold onto. warm air in our room 116 was not as warm as all our previous stays also the duvet cover was not changed for the duration of our holiday. sheets and pillow cases were . already booked again for late sept

Our second visit to the hotel
We recently stayed for 4 nights and had a great experience in the hotel. All the staff are helpful and friendly and give excellent customer service. The restaurant and bar areas are modern and clean. The entertainment on an evening was good fun for 2 adults and a 15 year old, very inclusive and kept us entertained - well done to the guy whose name I cannot remember who hosted it every night, he is amazing at what he does! The area outside the bar is clean and well maintained and a good suntrap during the day! Hotel room was too small for the 3 of us, next time we would think of booking a suite as we would definitely book to stay here again! Thanks for a great stay!
