Sembla més del que és. No te els serveis de 4 estrelles 2 o 3 com a molt, és molt bàsic, una mica antic i poc cuidat. Lescala fa olor a vell i tancat. No tenen servei de dinars. La recepció normal. Els cambrers molt amables. El menjar normal. Pel preu, no està del tot malament, però no és el que esperava. Les habitacions que donen al parquing, no conviden a sortir al balcó. Correcte per passar una o dues nits, però si vols disfrutar dinstal.lacions, no tant.

Lamentem sincerament que l'experiència no hagi estat del tot satisfactòria i que alguns aspectes de les instal·lacions no hagin complert amb les seves expectatives. Hotel normalito
Esperaba algo más al ser un 4 estrellas, parece de 3, la verdad. Es muy sencillito, la habitación no te la dan hasta las 14h a pesar de estar vacía y limpia el hotel en general, por ser temporada baja. La comida rica, pero congelada y poca variedad. El personal fue muy atento y amable, y había bastante. Los precios del restaurante abusivos, porque el agua no es embotellada y te cobran como si lo fuera. Animación nula, cosa que nos faltó también, aunque fuera un poco de música. Y las instalaciones y habitaciones aunque estaban reformadas, se veían viejas y algunas en mal estado. Las vistas de nuestra habitación a un bloque con pisos sucios y abandonados, aún teniendo habitaciones vacías con vistas a la piscina. Además teniendo en cuenta que íbamos con un bebé o sea un carro, que pedimos cuna y con un niño de 3 años que tenía una cama supletoria, no se podía ni estar en la habitación, ni pasar al balcón. El baño estaba bien, lo único que solo teníamos una toalla de mano para todos y no había ni gota de gel de ducha estaba vacío el bote. Lo positivo es el precio, la relación calidad-precio en nuestro caso, estaba muy bien.
