une architecture et un environnement superbe, noccultent pas les problèmes de fonctionnement : un manque certain de personnel le bar, la restauration, le ménage, la cuisine nest pas à la hauteur dun 4 étoiles, un ménage succinct, quel dommage !!!

Mi dirección experiencia con vuestro hotel fue un poco caótica, debido a que realice la reserva por vuestra página y a la hora de seleccionar el alojamiento, el régimen y el número de personas me equivoqué. Entonces como había la opción cancelación gratuita lo realice para hacerlo nuevamente, pero la cuestión es que al no ser con 7 días antes tenía recarga. Intenté contactar por teléfono varias veces al hotel sin éxito y repuesta concreta. Vía email me contestaron que esas son las políticas. Al final llamé otra vez al hotel y me comentaron que como tenía una reserva realizada no creen que haya recargo. Fue correcto, pero pase dos días para gestionarlo. Por el resto todo bien. Al hotel le falta reformas y una buena adaptación para gente con movilidad reducida. Éramos un grupo de 7 personas y en este caso para adaptar a una de ellas tuve que ceder mi habitación para poder tener confort. Está en una buena urbanización.
