Our stay

This is the 3 rd time we have stayed at the Riviera & again we had a wonderful stay , there really isn’t any negative’s about this hotel , from the staff to the location it all makes for a great break ????

Like coming home

After many stays in the past, my first since the loss of my husband. I was welcomed by everyone and made to feel special. It’s a hotel and resort that is comfortable and safe for a lady of a certain age to holiday alone. I will definitely be booking for next year. Thank you.

Excellent Hotel

Stayed here in June and returned in September. Excellent both times although the air - con was down for 6 days in September but fixed two days before we left. Excellent location for live music, the Marina or the beach. We are returning next June.

Magnífico Hotel

Una vez más y este año han sido 3, nos hemos alojado en este hotel y decir que la estancia ha sido maravillosa en todos los sentidos. La amabilidad y profesionalidad de todo el personal sin excepción, es una de las señas de identidad. Comenzando por Francisco Director, profesional, amable y dispuesto a escuchar a todos los clientes y sus consideraciones. Silvia, la Jefa de recepción, que decir de ella, un encanto en el trato con los clientes, siempre dispuesta a atender las necesidades que puedan surgir durante la estancia en el hotel de los clientes, magnífica profesional, una GRAN PERSONA en definitiva. Por lo que respecta al Bar, tanto Paco, Antonio, Carmelo, Etc., decir que son grandísimos profesionales, siempre intentando agradar a los clientes, nunca pierden la sonrisa. En el Restaurante, Roberto y Ana, los maîtres, grandes profesionales que también hacen todo lo posible por agradar a los clientes, trato cercano y amable que hace que te sientas como en casa. Luego también mencionar, como no podía ser de otra manera, al personal que trabaja reponiendo el buffet como por ejemplo Ana, al cocinero, señor Peña, a Desi, Esperanza, Aurora, etc. Así como el resto de personal que completan la plantilla, enumerarlos a todos me resulta imposible, en definitiva grandes profesionales. UNA VEZ MÁS, MI MÁS SINCERA FELICITACIÓN A TODOS !!!!!!!!!

Our holiday

Fabulous hotel, 3rd visit this year, was lovely on this occasion to get ground floor as requested. Special word for Juan at reception and Ana in the dining room who go out of their way to help.

Excellent, as always

This was our 4th stay this year. All the staff are great, friendly and helpful. Hotel is spotless, the grounds and pool area are beautiful, you can always find a sunbed or peaceful spot in the garden. Rooms are very comfortable, plenty of storage space, tea & coffee facilities and lovely bathrooms with complimentary toiletries. The food in the restaurant is fine, loads of choice even for a fussy eater! Roberto and his restaurant staff are all lovely, as is Peña, the main chef on the show cooking area. The location of the hotel is great, right on the front with a lift down to the Paseo, 10 mins walk to the Marina and close to lots of other bars and restaurants. Looking forward to returning again soon. Thankyou.

Perfect Holiday

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. This was our second time to stay here. Loved it as much as the first time.

Tres días estupendos

Todo estuvo fenomenal. Destacó la atención del personal, en especial la de José de recepción. Nos ayudó en todo lo solicitado con muchísima amabilidad y simpatía.
