San Eloy Park SA, through the company Audit Energia, has recently installed a photovoltaic solar system with the aim of using the generated electricity for instant self-consumption, thereby reducing energy and economic expenses, as well as contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions (CO2). This installation, integrated into the roof of the facility, consists of 50 panels with a power output of 380wp each, along with a 15 kW inverter and a total peak power of 19.00 kWp.

This project is part of the Incentives Program for Self-Consumption and Storage, with renewable energy sources and the implementation of renewable thermal systems, under the European Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan, funded by the European Fund - Next Generation EU.

Royal Decree 477/2021, of June 29, approving the direct granting of aids to autonomous communities and the cities of Ceuta and Melilla for the implementation of various incentive programs related to self-consumption and storage with renewable energy sources, as well as for the implementation of renewable thermal systems in the residential sector, within the framework of the European Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan, published in the Official State Gazette number 155, of June 30, 2021, established the regulatory framework for the granting of aids under the Program for actions related to the implementation of various incentive programs linked to self-consumption and storage, with renewable energy sources, and the implementation of renewable thermal systems in the residential sector.

San Eloy Park SA, following these regulations, submitted an application to the Incentives Program for Self-Consumption and Storage, with renewable energy sources and the implementation of renewable thermal systems. According to the grant award proposal dated March 10, 2023, San Eloy Park SA has been awarded a grant of €5,809.11.
