La comida de muy baja calidad, postres calientes, comidas muy simples, como arroz con colorante o pasta con tomate... Las instalaciones están muy bien y el personal muy bueno. La animación está demasiado orientada a público inglés, por lo menos que sea cultura general. Mucho ruido en calles anexas toda la noche.

Sentimos que hubo algunos aspectos del Hotel que no fueron a su agrado, pero esperemos que haya disfrutado de sus vacaciones en Benidorm. Nos complace saber que las instalaciones están muy bien y que estuvieron contentos con el servicio recibido por parte del personal. Benidorm party
Excellent hotel with fantastic food and massive choice, location of hotel cant be beaten for Nightlife entertainment & beach

Great stay.
Great location close to everything .Very clean, staff are very helpful and friendly. Good food with lots of choices to suit every one. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely return.

Excellent location
Really enjoyed staying here in June 2018. This hotel is ideally situated for all the nightlife in Benidorm. Despite being in the middle of all the nightlife it is very quiet and not once was I disturbed during the night. I found the food to be plentiful and varied at meal times and the staff very polite and hardworking. The hotel is kept clean by a team of hardworking cleaners and our room cleaner done an excellent job. The Entertainment team were fantastic and a credit to the hotel. I fully intend to return to this hotel in the very near future.

Sun bed wars
There are signs saying it was prohibited to reserve sun beds with towels. But it was virtually impossible to get a sunbed after 9.00 o’clock in the morning

The Riador never lets us down. if there is one thing I would change would be the balcony glass. It is impossible to watch the world go bye if are your sat down, so please change balcony to clear glass.
