A solid 3* hotel with all-inclusive meals

Overall, the experience was very good, but I downgraded my rating for the shortcomings I'll describe below. The price-quality ratio is excellent. What I liked most was the all-inclusive system, which was well organized. Disadvantages: 1. Cleanliness: Public areas were excellently cleaned. However, in our room, when we asked to clean the room because of ants, the maid only mopped the floor and didn't change the sheets, even though there were dead ants on them. There are ants in the rooms. 2. Entertainment: the animation takes place in an invisible place and no one invites guests to it, no one calls for entertainment and does not tell where it takes place 3. Food: Excellent selection of meat and fish, vegetables and fruit, and small themed corners featuring cuisines from different countries. It happened from time to time. Side dishes were not tasty, limited in selection, and under-salted. No coffee or tea was available during dinner, but the tea and coffee machine could be left available in the all area of ​​the restaurant so guests could enjoy these beverages at any time. The cakes and donuts were excellent. 4. I'd also like to point out that the dishes, glasses, and spoons were poorly washed several times, smelling of swamps, or bearing traces of previous use and dried-on food. 5. The room is spacious, but there is not enough tulle on the windows, which makes the room very uncomfortable during the day. The pillows are uncomfortable and very thin. 6. The reception staff and maids were friendly and eager to help. The restaurant and bar staff were extremely unfriendly, surly, and at times even rude to guests. It felt like they simply hated all guests. There was only one nice lady at the restaurant entrance who was polite and smiling. The staff also didn't reprimand guests who were smoking e-cigarettes on the terrace, even though it's prohibited. But it should have been. 7. Location: Close to beaches and a beautiful park with ducks and parrots. The port is also quite close. But the hotel is on a hill and it's quite difficult to walk up the hill. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, despite the shortcomings. The hotel deserved its solid 3 stars; sometimes even 4-star hotels are worse.

Vacaciones geniales

Todo muy bien…. Lo único que yo mejoraria es que se obligara a la gente a pasar a las piscinas con el pelo recogido ya que a la tarde hay muchos pelos en la piscina

How do I get to the hotel? Can I book a transfer with MedPlaya?

Can I book the parking?

The parking is subject to availability upon arrival and cannot be reserved in advance. It is a paid parking facility, requiring a deposit of 20 euros for the remote control. The parking is not available for hourly or daily rental; it is contracted for the entire stay and is paid directly at reception. Additionally, there are two charging points available for electric vehicles.

Does the hotel have luggage storage service?

Yes, MedPlaya Hotel Bali has lockers for storing luggage at a cost of €2 per use.

Does the hotel provide pool towels?

Yes, at our establishment we offer pool towel rental throughout the year for the convenience of our guests. The cost is £10 per person per week or £2 per person per day. Additionally, a deposit of £15 is required at the time of renting the towels.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?
