Terms and conditions of the free transfer service
Guests staying at Medplaya for six nights or more in Benidorm are offered a complimentary Economy Connect Shuttle transfer to and from Alicante airport.
To benefit from the complimentary Economy Connect Shuttle transfer, your hotel booking must be made through our website www.medplaya.com, the transfer must be booked at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date, and you must meet the minimum stay requirement of 6 nights.
After confirming your hotel reservation, you can book your complimentary Economy Connect Shuttle transfer using the form found at the end of this page. You will need your hotel booking number to do this, and once the transfer booking is completed, you will receive a booking confirmation from Beniconnect S.L.
Your transfer booking is not confirmed until you receive the confirmation voucher from Beniconnect. This service cannot be booked directly at the hotel and is only available for return trips.
The Economy Connect Shuttle service from Alicante airport is available seven days a week except on 25th December. From 1st April to 31st October, the service runs 24 hours. From 1st November to 31st March, the service is available for flights arriving and departing between 7:00 am and 11:50 pm.
The complimentary shuttle transfer includes one suitcase per person and one piece of hand luggage. If you decide to add an extra piece of luggage to your booking, you must pay for it directly to the transfer provider upon arrival. Child seats are not available on this service.

Queries, cancellations and amendments
This shuttle transfer service is carried out in collaboration with the transportation provider BENICONNECT S.L.U. If you have any doubts or specific enquiries about the transfer service after making the reservation, you should contact Beniconnect directly via email at reservas@beniconnect.com or by phone at +34965850790.
It is crucial to provide accurate flight details, including flight numbers and arrival/departure times when booking the transfer. In cases where this information is incorrect or doesn't match, Beniconnect and MedPlaya Hotels will not assume any responsibility for the loss of your transfer. The flight number will always be the primary information for Beniconnect. The customer will be responsable for any additional costs resulting from such errors.
According to the cancellation policy of Beniconnect S.L., cancellations can be made free of charge provided that you contact reservas@beniconnect.com more than 48 hours before the arrival date.
Your transfer will be automatically cancelled in the event of cancellation or modification of your hotel booking.
In case of cancellation, for any reason, within 48 hours prior to the arrival date, a fee of €15 per person will be applied.
Beniconnect's free Economy Connect Shuttle transfer service is indeed complimentary, and you will not be required to provide your credit card details under any circumstances. If there is no availability for the free service, payment options will be presented.
