Hotel

Hemos quedado encantados con el hotel. Destacar sobre todo al personal: tanto las chicas de recepción como los camareros y el equipo de limpieza han tenido un trato muy agradable en todo momento. Nos hemos sentido muy cómodos durante toda la estancia. La habitación también genial. Nos alojamos en una suite con vistas a la avenida y nos ha resultado muy cómoda, especialmente en mi caso, ya que utilizo silla de movilidad reducida. Es una habitación amplia que me ha permitido moverme y girar con facilidad, algo que valoro muchísimo. No hemos tenido la oportunidad de subir a ver la piscina, pero nos imaginamos que estará a la altura del resto de instalaciones. Como único punto a mejorar, echamos en falta algo de animación dentro del hotel. Aun así, no supone un problema, ya que está ubicado en pleno centro y tienes muchas opciones cerca para salir a tomar algo y disfrutar del ambiente.

Nos alegra enormemente saber que han quedado encantados con su estancia y, muy especialmente, que hayan valorado tan positivamente el trato de nuestro personal. Estancia muy cómoda por la ubicación, personal muy amable

Con relación al desayuno le calificaría muy normal tirando a bajo la cena es a las carta, pero es una carta que no se modifico en la semana que me aloge y la calidad mejorable. Calidad

Can I reserve the parking?

There is parking available at the Parking Centro, located approximately 150 metres away from the AGIR Springs Hotel. The cost is €16 per day, with an additional deposit of €20 for the access card. As parking spaces are limited, guests are strongly advised to contact the hotel in advance to reserve and secure their space.

Does the hotel provide beach/pool towels?

The Agir Springs hotel offers a beach/pool towel rental service. The price is £3 per day per towel, and a £20 deposit per towel.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Please,  check the hotel cancellation policy before making any changes to your booking.

Yes, you can request the iron at reception. A deposit of €20 is required and it is subject to availability.

Are drinks included in my reservation?

No, the half-board arrangement does not include drinks.

Can I change dinner for lunch in Half Board? Can I book Full Board or All Inclusive?

It is not possible to change dinner for lunch, as we do not open at midday. The last meal served will be breakfast. Furthermore, we regret to inform you that full board and all-inclusive options are not available in our restaurant.

...and in the case of special diets, intolerances or food allergies?

If you suffer from any type of food intolerance or allergy, please inform us in advance when making your reservation, as well as upon arrival at the restaurant, so that the staff can find the appropriate solution for your needs.
