Restaurant viel tegen, entrecote besteld en deze was maar aan 1 kant gebakken! Andere kant was rauw en ongebakken.

Lo mejor la ubicacion y personal, lo peor necesita mejorar habitaciones y mas variedad en las cenas

Es un hotel que ya conozco, pues llevo varios años yendo en junio, y este año hemos estado pasando fin de año, lo q más me gusta es la ubicación, y en general está muy bien atendido por el personal de recepción, limpieza y restauración. Lo único que no me gusta es el baño pues ya podían cambiar la bañera por plato de ducha.

I stayed for 4 nights from New years Eve on a half board basis, the hotel is clean and comfortable and in a good location. New years Eve gave us a special menu which was quite good, however Breakfasts and evening meals that followed were very poor, breakfast food was almost cold, and just two, or three choices of main course for dinner with no labels and the look warm food was just floating in some sort of juice. The dining room is very small and my kitchen at home is bigger than the buffer area with a very small choice of options. Staff are all very warm, friendly and welcoming.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena y el personal muy agradable. Las camas individuales se movían demasiado, pero eran cómodas.

Es mi hotel favorito en Benidorm, personal estupendo, en el desayuno, en la cena y las chicas de recepción un encanto, Ana y Nabila
