Only a short stay here but it was worthwhile. We stayed at the Riudor recently and there are some similarities with both hotels.They both give very good value for money and all areas are smart and tidy.The food standard and choice at the Rio Park in my view was better,food was served hotter than a great many hotels of this standard,maybe down to the fact that it was busier and can accommodate more guests.My vegetarian wife was well impressed with the choice of dishes that were available and the high standard served,also caters more for families,great pool with lots of kids toys installed.Very good UK TV channel choice in the rooms.Entertainment was on whilst we were there but we did use the "Strip" for our fun and games! It is a small walk uphill from the main Benidorm entertainment area,nothing to be a problem for most of us and this also gives the hotel a good bit of insulation from the crowds and noise that can be be an issue with certain hotels located right in the middle of the mayhem that can be a little too intrusive at busy times.The only downside for us initially was the lifts in the hotel.First use was terrible,overloaded lifts showing up after waiting far too long,one lift giving out false alarms when it was NOT overloaded and when we finally got in the lift the doors just opened and closed when they wanted,we actually got out and walked.Saw many families with pushchairs and young children walking down the last couple of floors to the dining room at meal times.Advice is choose the lift times to avoid peak use,early meal times were best.Would we return to the Rio Park? - Yes anytime!

Estuvimos dos días y una noche, en general muy completo este hotel, lo que sí es verdad esque el wifi se internet no llegaba a la habitación, tuvimos problemas con la caja fuerte pero llamamos y en seguida vino el técnico 😊, el tema de la comida pues está bien, no es una comida para tirar cohetes, ya que es un hotel de 4 estrellas, me esperaba más y mejor, pero calidad precio muy bien !!! El personal muy bien porque cualquier cosa que te pasaba les llamabas y contestaban en seguida, para disfrutar en familia super ! Y lo que menos me gustó fue que la mayoría de hoteles por no decir todos, tienen parking propio y este hotel no tiene parking te dan la opción de aparcar a diez minutos del hotel ...menos mal que cogimos aparcamiento en frente del hotel, pero en un aparcadero de la calle😅. Quizás vuelva a repetir ! 😊😊😊

El hotel estaba muy limpio y bien ubicado pero tanto las comidas ( variedad y horarios) como la animación era enfocada a ingleses, la piscina cierra a las 18h, cena desde 19-21h, y no hay servicio de comida a medio día. El primer día fuimos a cenar a las 20.30 y ya estaban recogiendo toda la comida e insistiendo para que comiésemos rápido, la segunda noche decidimos no cenar alli

Had a great 1 week stay.the only negatives for me were waiting for lifts at meal times and the entrance to the hotel was a bit dreary at night time.food,rooms,staff,pool area were great though I do think the hotel should stop non residents using the pool.its unfair on guests who have payed to use the facilities. Most hotels now need your room card to access the pool

Lifts were a problem at peak times being on 9th floor

First time we stayed at the Rio Park and overall very happy that we picked it.

Hotel is amazing value for money, breakfast was good, evening meal was not so good. Lifts seem to stop working a lot. Pool area is really good especially for Benidorm, lots of space and plenty of sun loungers. If your looking for a good value hotel just off the main strip it’s definitely worth a visit
