Food was very good no problems getting a sun bed rooms and hotel common areas were clean to say it's peak season. Asked for a lower floor so I wouldn't have to use lift's we were given room 134 which isn't the best position view was not nice but I suppose I got the lower floor I asked for so we accepted it. only had one coat hanger in our room asked at reception for a few more so we could hang up our clothes properly but they never arrived in our room would definitely go back to this hotel very well run would always book direct with medplaya overall we had a great time in hotel and surrounding areas

We love this hotel always stay here will be back next year! Love how close it is to everything and the transfer was very easy to get. Only thing I would change about the hotel is for the pool to be colder as it was very warm and also air con to be stronger as the rooms did get very hot.

Gran hotel para disfrutar unas vacaciones. El buffet es el más variado que he visto jamás. Muy buen servicio. Personal muy amable. Las habitaciones e instalaciones estaban muy limpias. Había mucha animación durante todo el día y aparcamiento gratuito en la zona. La única pega que le puedo sacar al hotel es el tema del ascensor. Tiene muchas habitaciones y pocos ascensores y demasiado lentos. Nos dieron una planta 11 y en alguna ocasión tuvimos que bajar y subir por las escaleras porque llegamos a estar hasta 10 minutos esperando al ascensor. Por todo lo demás, perfecto.

Hay un problema serio con los ascensores!!!! Se debe mejorar.

Hotel was very nice,Mainly for family’s with children ,not for couples or older people.Very noisy in restaurant,music round pool quite loud during the day.

I already known Medplaya company and I'm satisfied for my experience: reception staff was very kind and effortless (they have helped me for a problem with payment, also speaking in Italian language at phone). Animation was ok, even if of some changes in evening program. I suggest to improve communication on daily animation initiatives (maybe a written program close to the pool can help). The main improvement area is the pool management: some rules must be strictly attended (lifeguard denies play small balls or diving) but some other are completely disattended (sunbeds and chairs booked from the early morning and sometimes they come at lunch time!, any shower before enter in the pool, also drink cocktails in the pool is allowed. All rules are rules, not only those ones easy to apply! If people can book sunbeds for half a day, why a boy can't play a small ball?!

Got off to a bad start, Booked quadruple room and on entering the room it was just a double and no one told us. Andreas the manager sorted it the next day. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were so kind and helpful Reception staff so kind and helpful as well Pool area brilliant Evening entertainment was great and lots of fun especially for kids. Lifts are very busy you be waiting awhile. Biggest problem was people had towels and bags lined at the door for sunbeds at ridiculous hours and then taking all the sunbeds with shade at the baby pool that's meant for families not having children. Overall really enjoyed the stay

Num geral gostamos de tudo. O unico ponto aonde acho que poderiam ser um pouco melhores e no jantar, alem de muita variedade acho que muitas das coisas se repetem todos os dias. Podiam ter coisas diferente
