i WAS MORE THAT HAPPY WITH ALL ASPECTS OF MY STAY. i COULD NOT HAVE HAD BETTER TREATMENT. Being a dialysis patient the help and support extended to me went far above and beyond.I would recommend this hotel 100%. I felt i was at home and veryt happy with everything. The thing that sets this hotel apart is the STAFF.Excellent and attentive.Well done Team Pez Espada.

We really enjoyed our stay there .what we enjoyed the most was the calmness and serenity of the hotel and staff, room perfect staff always very helpful. we will be very happy to return and have recommended to all our family and friends

Rooms were very retro but lovely and clean and comfortable. Spacious reception area. Excellent location. Breakfast had good selection though morning coffee not good.

Really enjoyed our stay in Junior Suites. Hotel location, staff and facilities are brilliant. Have stayed here numerous times previously and will definitely return in the future.

Friendly and helpful staff Relaxing and comfortable charming hotel

WiFi was worse than usual it has never been very good but this time it was worse.

I stay here a lot and love it, however this time it was spoiled by several private functions which meant some of the areas were out of bounds for us paying guests, that is the reason I have marked down the comfort, facilities and services. The prices for the rooms have increased yet again, so this makes it more important that the hotel is catering for its paying guests. The staff were on occasions stretched to the limit, not their fault just under staffed. The staff here are friendly and helpful, the food is good, we did have a couple of issues this time with the temperature of some items, hopefully this was a one off, location is superb, entertainment can be a bit iffy but we had some good singers this time. If the hotel are going to continue to take on private functions they need to ensure they either inform people ahead of time so they can cancel or not, or ensure the private functions do not prevent paying guests from using the normal bars and terraces etc, the hotel has a special function room they use at Christmas and new year, so the could use that. We have booked again for December as we love this hotel, and hopefully they will take onboard my comments etc.

Lo que más me gusta del hotel es su localización ,en 1° línea de playa y el ambiente que lo rodea . El personal de recepción y del restaurante son muy profesionales. El bufet del desayuno muy variado y completo. La habitación superior club vista lateral piscina, amplia y confortable. Cama muy grande y cómoda . La limpieza de la habitación se puede mejorar. Lo que menos me gustó fue que se sustituyeran las cucharillas de café por palitos de madera , sobre todo porque para tomar el yogur tenías que utilizar una cuchara grande Sin duda es un hotel 100% recomendable y de lo mejor de la zona de la carihuela. Por eso lo elijo siempre desde hace más de 20 años.
