Hi . we had a really nice stay and would love to return but the pool is absolutely freezing which is a pity , cause the kids would have spent more time in it but they cudnt

As results guests we liked it all, staff are excellent as always, accommodation kept clean, food ok but would rather have less choice and better quality. In the main dishes . Improvement possibly a brighter Piano Bar and someone occasionally at the piano. I know football is a popular sport but fed up of it being on both TVs in the communal area, there are other paying guests not just the football crowd. Perhaps, more policing of the lifts , kids messing about pressing all the buttons and running down the stairs, this is parental control but it needs monitoring. Restaurant bad hygiene habits with guests and parents should be controlling their kids at the serveries. A great holiday and Flamingo can’t be blamed for some of the rowdy guests. 21.30 better evening meal provision Midnight all inclusive re introduced please

We did enjoy our stay. The walk onto the strip was a bit tough for anyone with pain issues. The food was fine but some days it was better than others .the roof top pitch was great for the boys , beds comfortable

Hotel was lovely and in a perfect location, staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing I thought could be improved on was there was no music or entertainment around pool in day, also the pool bar was not open, considering it was beginning of April and Hotel was full I thought this would have been case. Also the new cocktails out of the machine tasted awful and were not drinkable.

Camas muy cómodas, habitaciones amplias con terraza, ambiente sobre todo de ingleses. Estuvimos muy a gusto. El personal de 10, todos: camarer@s, personal de limpieza, los de seguridad, recepción y una animadora jovencísima que fue un encanto.

Marco the entertainer was excellent. Reception staff excellent. Food was better than expected. Improvements - open the indoor pool for longer. Increase the indoor pool temperature. Room smelt of cigarette smoke. Netting at the football area needs repairing. Self service soft drinks at the bar would help reduce queuing.

Todo muy bien. Extrañé un poco la animación para los pequeños que se ve empezaba más en abril que en marzo (cuando fuimos).

3rd time staying here and it was just as good as the previous stays Extremely hard working staff, also super friendly Food was nice and plentiful Drink options very good Snack bar options need to better in outside of the summer months Options for iron in rooms are needed Small improvements Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return Also the gift pack with snacks on leaving for the airport , was a nice surprise

We had a great stay only issue I have is there is not a lot of choice for vegetarian every time we come back it’s less and less I don’t eat fish either so it makes it even harder a veg curry or veg bolognaise would be great also the TUI rep Trish do not like her giving me funny looks swanning about like she owns the place stating me up and down giving stupid smirky faces I’ve been going to this hotel longer than she has been a rep she wants to remember she’s easily replaced
