Estancia correcta salvo el primer día 7/05(teníamos dos reservas porque llegábamos muy tarde)y nos dieron una habitación cuádruple y no la familiar como había reservado. Además el recepcionista no fue demasiado educado teniendo en cuenta la hora que era y que además íbamos con un niño de 9años. Comida mejorable,animación muy agradables sobre todo con el niño. No nos gustó que los horarios estaban destinados a extranjeros pues la piscina cerraba a las 17:00h.Y en el comedor se empezaba a recoger un poco antes del horario al que todavía se podía acceder. La ubicación muy buena,limpieza correcta y tranquilo. Las hamacas piden un cambio así como otras instalaciones para ser un 4*

the freindliest staff i have ever dealt with, hotel clean and tidy and excellently located for OLd and new town. The only downside were the extremely poor lifts , i was on 10th floor but luckily i am fit enough to use stairs but lots of people were stod waiting for long periods of time

Location great, food good, pools & public areas good. Evening entertainment OK but nothing put on for kids as not during school holidays. Room tired but clean & had everything in it we needed. Safe was free, however it popped open while we were out on 2nd day & had to be reset (luckily, nothing missing). Lock on bathroom window was broken, not fixed during our stay despite raising safety concerns - we have 2 young children who could easily reach the window & we were on 10th floor. Despite the negatives raised, this was good value for the price (stayed 4 nights half board) & the staff friendly & helpful. I would book again.

i think the children should not be in the entertainment lounge after 10pm.should be more waiters serving drinks .i did not like queuing to get drinks

Nos han atendido bien, salvo algunos inconvenientes que solucionaron rápidamente, es un hotel muy aconsejable y su jefe de recepción Miguel un crack,volveremos

Very clean, all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful with any requests, yes lifts are slow, a sign saying to call the lifts once would be helpful or encourage people to walk down the stairs where possible, leaving lifts for people that need them, hooks on the back of the bathroom doors (public toilets) be nice to hang hand bag and an ice machine, happy to even pay for a bag of ice.

Estancia muy agradable y el personal fue increíble. Esperamos volver pronto.

This is our second visit, and its still a very good and friendly hotel. You are made to feel welcome and are looked after form the offset The food choice is good, the only thing I can pull them up on is the "Crispy Bacon" which is a great idea by the way, was sometimes well overdone so became burnt, when they got this right is was a great addition to the very nice breakfast.

Great value. Very clean. I’ve few faults/complaints. I asked for a glass of ice one night and was refused told I need to buy a drink to get ice. The other complaint is the pool times 11-5 ridiculous short hours and one day was opened well past 11. If you don’t want to higher lifeguard for longer periods just leave pool open and make people aware of what time there on duty. The other thing is our air conditioning didn’t work in our room!
