Trato alucinante, comida espléndida con mucha variedad y cantidad. Recomiendo el hotel 100. Tuvieron detalle tanto a la entrada como a la salida que no esperábamos. Los ascensores lentos pero unas escaleras muy cómodas para subir y bajar por ellas.

Estuvimos una semana en el Hotel Río Park de MedPlaya en Benidorm . La verdad es que nunca nos ha tratado tan bien el personal del hotel. Hemos perdido la noción del tiempo, ya que estás entretenido a todas horas con actividades. Como bien dije antes, el personal de categoría pero he de hacer un último apunte: La animación del hotel. Sofía, Andrea y Noah sin vosotras la estancia no hubiera sido lo mismo. La hicisteis francamente especial. Gracias por el cariño recibido. No os olvidaremos jamás.

Been many times before with TUI, so decided to have a short stay while we were in Torrevieja for 3 weeks, had a great time, staff and food all great, hotel kept clean and tidy and good location. Definitely be coming back.

This was the first time I had stayed at the Rio Park, however over the years I have often had an evening meal here. I really cannot reccommend this hotel ENOUGH it is supurb, Great Staff, Great facilities and a fantastic range of food at every meal. Kids are not left out and early evening entertainment for them is really good. For a great all round experience choose the Rio Park, Benidorm.

Disfrutamos en familia una semana completa. Estancia muy agradable. Hotel muy limpio, con una buena relación calidad- precio. Habitación familiar amplia y muy cómoda. La atención excelente y profesional. Detalle de bienvenida y de despedida una bolsa con botellas de agua, manzanas y bolsa de patatas... un gran detalle para un largo viaje que nos esperaba. Esperamos repetir estancia en este mismo hotel.

The staff are so welcoming and cant do enough for their guests. We have stayed at the hotel five times and wouldnt stay anywhere else in Benidorm. Some people complained about the lifts,but five lifts are adequate for a hotel this size, and it is bound to be obviously busy at meal times. Lovely hotel and lovely welcoming staff. Thank you for a wonderful stay ????????????

This was our third stay at Rio Park and we enjoyed it so much we have already booked again for next year. Its a good, value for money hotel and perfect for families and couples alike. Thank you!

I have stayed at riopark several times the staff are great food is good rooms are kept clean. the only thing that lets the place down is the lifts but had good time

We stayed for 7 nights in September and really enjoyed our stay. The entertainment team were excellent and provided great fun, games and entertainment throughout the day and evening. The food was much better than expected with plenty of choices to suit most tastes. The only negative comment was the lack of a hot drink as part of the meal for dinner and having to queue to get a cold drink. The rooms were adequate and comfortable. Waiting for lifts during peak times around meal times was a pain, particularly difficult if you had mobility issues. Overall we had a great stay and would return to this hotel.
