As always food was amazing also happy hour on some days was great! the only thing that lets the hotel down is the lifts. Very frustrating on waiting times and continuously breaking down. Such a shame if they could come up with newer and better would give 10/10 gentleman at reception when booking it wasn’t the most helpful and pleasant but he did the job!

Lovely hotel walking distance to everything stayed with my daughter for 4 nights very clean hotel house keeping do great job friendly staff only had breakfast but was lovely no complaints something for everyone we were checking out at 5 in morning for early flight and man on reception handed me a bag with waters apples taytoes I have never got this at other hotels even paying twice of what I paid to stay at this hotel which I thought was very nice of them I would return again to this hotel

The staff at the hotel were amazing nothing was to much trouble. Will return again.

Me gustó el trato recibido en general, comida aceptable. Lo que menos los colchones y el agua mineral km 0 que me parece que es agua tratada. No es mineral.

Brilliant for the price, not sure why people complaining so much about it. Lifts were annoying but no real issues to take the stairs

Staff were brilliant as always especially rafa and douglas in the bar but lifts were atrocious and room although spotlessly clean was starting to look tired compared to when we last visited 6 month ago

We had a fab week dint find staff very helpful and the lifts were a nightmare but the bar staff were lovely and internment was good,great value for money love that you could pay as u go for lunch and dinner and very reasonable 😀
