It is wonderful to know that you enjoyed the breakfast, our pool area and the evening entertainment, especially for the children. We are also grateful for your kind comments about our reception team and staff, We appreciate your feedback regarding the lifts and understand that waiting times can be frustrating during busy periods. Regarding the sunbeds, we understand your concerns. We kindly ask guests not to reserve sunbeds for extended periods, and our team does their best to monitor this situation to ensure that all guests have the opportunity to enjoy the pool areas.
