Disappointed

Food mediocre. Overpriced drinks in the restaurant. Great entertainment

Loved Rio Park

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful to any questions we asked. Check In was easy and the reception staff were very professional and helpful. The service at the bar was excellent the prices of beverages and drinks was at a reasonable cost not like some hotels who increase the prices if buying in the hotel. The entertainment was different each night and worth watching. We did not participate in the entertainment during the day as we did not know there was any on. There were no signs or information that I saw regarding daytime activities only the entertainment at night. The room was lovely and spacious enough for 2 people and the balcony was a good size. Everything was very clean. I liked that the room was quiet and night and we could rest in peace and quiet. The only negative I would give is that a bottle of water with meals is charged for? I would have expected this to be provided with the meal. Coffee, water and Juice is not an additional charge at breakfast.

Rio Park is Excellent

My wife and i stay at the Rio park Hotel for three months every year over the winter. This year My wife had to go to hospital and the staff couldn't do enough for Me. We wont go past this hotel.

Excellent value for money

Como siempre muy contento

Todo bien como siempre que hemos estado , la única pega es la tardanza de los ascensores

Overall good few disappointments maybe time of year

We are regulars at the hotel and as usual lovely staff , very helpful. Hotel is in a good position for old and new town. Disappointed in the pool area as the bar was shut , no music and pool rarely had the cordons off , made it so uninviting to stay around the pool. Also the changes that have been made to the rooms with no towel changes and paying for tea and coffee refills is not good in a hotel setting. The entertainment wasn’t great but did seem to pick up toward the end of our stay.

The Best Hotel will be back

Great hotel stayed here lots of times but finding the beds not very comfortable need new mattress xx
