quiet , not too much noise, nice area, closed to everything but on the other hand a bit far to be more relaxing not like it , sometimes the queue at the lifts, but it is normal as lot of people are elderly, and need patience, on my side, few times I did come down through the stairs, until I am fit :)

Nos encantó la comida , muy variada y excelente calidad. A mejorar sería que en la cafetería cuando se pida una consumición que se ponga algo para picar

El personal muy amable, pero la habitación tenía una grieta en la pared, la mesita de noche medio rota, las cortinas rotas... varios detalles que tendrán que solucionar.

En general está todo perfecto. Nosotros vamos siempre q podemos. Nos encanta el hotel, el personal, són muy atentos todos. La animación és muy buena. El único inconveniente (aunque para nosotros no lo és) és q está todo enfocado para los ingleses.

Buenas calidad precio

Fin de semana agradable, todo muy bien. La mayoría de huéspedes del hotel en estás fechas , son personas mayores, ingleses sobre todo. Y naturalmente la animación es casi exclusivamente para ellos. Comprensible. Todo muy limpio y el personal muy agradable.

i have stayed in the Rio Park on eight previous visits. all the other visits were in my opinion better than my recent stay of 28 days. The main problem was the lifts. The lifts were defective on 12 days out of the 24 days we stayed. Not good enough. Other major complaints I wish to make are with defects in my room No.628. The shower leaked profusely and had to have 3 visits from hotel maintenance personnel, also the shower door needed attention, also the wardrobe doors would not close (3 repair visits) also television remote controls did not work, one of which was replaced. Other minor defects such as footprint marks on the walls. outside clothes line not secured to the outside wall and much more. However I do not have any complains regarding the hotel and maintenance staff all good and tried their best

Problem with out of order lifts. Had evening meal once, not to great selection and only warm, nothing was hot.
