Buena atención
Cuando llegamos y nos dieron las tarjetas estaban todas bloqueadas no se podían abrir las habitaciones y nos pasó no solo a nosotros sino a los demás clientes que entramos sobre la misma hora la chica de la recepción lo solucionó rápidamente. Habitación 920 un ruido molesto todo el rato incluso de noche a veces aminoraba s. Ruido de motor no sé si del ascensor o de motor del aire acondicionado que no encendí en ningún momento. Grifo del bidé roto. No se podía utilizar. Desconozco si la de la limpieza no se había dado cuenta pero no se podía utilizar. Lo dejé tal cual estaba.. buffet normalito y cuando se acababa alguna cosa muchas veces sacaban otra totalmente distinta a lo que se había acabado. La atención del personal sobresaliente

TODO GENIAL Y EL PERSONAL DEL HOTEL MUY AMABLE.
Hemos estado muy agusto. El personal del hotel muy amable. La comida del buffet muy bien, todo muy rico. Es cierto que la cola para el show cooking era de bastante tiempo, pero el resto muy bien. La situación del hotel está muy bien, cerquita de todo.

Submariners Reunion
We meet twice yearly in Benidorm and the Regente Hotel is the Hub of our stay. The friendly bar staff are on hand to cater for our liquid refreshment from 1000 until late, and the evening entertainment compered by Nacho completes the day. The whole experience is welcoming from the Reception staff to the Restaurant staff. Always very clean and relaxing we will be back more often. The Customer Services Manager Almudena is always on hand to assist with the booking thankyou all

Fantastic stay
As a regular visitor to the Regente Hotel in Benidorm at least twice a year my wife and I always enjoy our visits. The hotel suits us and we are always well looked after by the staff when we are there. Especial mention must by made to the staff in Reception, the friendly bar staff and especially Nacho and his brilliant entertainment team. Nothing is too much bother from the all with a special thanks to Almudeda the Guest Services manger for her usual service with a smile. We will be off there again in December. We cant wait.

Great Holiday
Arrived at the hotel to be met by a friendly member of staff sorry didnt get a name . Check in went smoothly, our room was 507 on 5th floor, clean comfortable everything you needed. Pool and surroundings very nice and clean always loads of sunbeds to be had. The negatives that we encountered were: 1. No information pack in hotel room to tell you where everything was located ie dining room, entertainmentbar, etc 2. All inclusive stopped at 11pm, and you were only allowed to go and get two drinks at a time, we were in a company of 4 all of us all inclusive, so that made it a bit annoying having to do a double trip to the bar. The lifts were temperamental at times they wouldnt take 4 adults in a lift no luggage just people, then there was a considerable wait for them to come back. On the whole we would consider coming back if these were things were looked at then it would make such a difference, make it a more enjoyable stay.

Experiencia espectacular!
Pasamos una espectacular semana mi pareja y yo. Darle la enhorabuena a todo el personal de todas las áreas y sobre todo las gracias por haber hecho de nuestra semana de vacaciones una semana magnífica. La comida muy buena, el servicio sensacional y la limpieza de las habitaciones muy muy buena. Darle las gracias también al socorrista de la piscina por habernos hecho sentir como en casa! Un saludo para todos y nos vemos en un futuro!
