Value for money in a great location

For the price we paid it exceeded our expectations We read the reviews about cold food and people waiting for the microwave Not once did we have either The only downside was the staff They were either very helpful or rude Consistency would be helpful

Mejorar la animación para españoles, pagamos nuestra estancia, pero no se nos tuvo en cuenta.

Hola, nuestra queja es que la animación solamente se dirigía a los extranjeros, nada para españoles, algún cantante no dio ni las buenas noches en español, eso es falta de educación. Ya nos quejamos en el hotel. La limpieza de habitaciones muy escasa. Las instalaciones, personal y el restaurante sin problemas.

Nuestro objetivo es ofrecer un entretenimiento variado que pueda ser disfrutado por todos los huéspedes independientemente del idioma o edad, ya que recibimos visitantes de muchos países y con diferentes preferencias. Algunos de los artistas invitados son externos y de habla inglesa, lo que puede explicar que en ocasiones no se comuniquen en español, pero siempre buscamos que la animación sea respetuosa y accesible para todos. Agradecemos tu comentario sobre la limpieza de las habitaciones y lo tomamos muy en cuenta para seguir mejorando. Nuestro objetivo es ofrecer un entretenimiento variado que pueda ser disfrutado por todos nuestros clientes, ya que contamos con público internacional con gustos diferentes. Entendemos que te gustaría más programación en español. Sin embargo, siempre tratamos de mantener un equilibrio para que todos los huéspedes puedan disfrutar, independientemente de su idioma o preferencias. Si en algún momento prefieres opciones más específicas, también hay muchas alternativas de ocio en Benidorm para descubrir y disfrutar. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would use this hotel again.

Hotel location is great. Rooms are nice and bright and clean. Entertainment is really good. My only concern is that the elevators (Lifts) are sometimes not working and during meal times we waited so long that we eventually used the stairs from the 6th floor which not everyone would be able to do. I dread to imagine what it would be like in peak season as we were there in February.
