We found the room 603 was good enough for our stay but the terrace was really small. Would have liked it to be a little larger. The buffets during breakfast and dinner were more than enough regarding choice and very tasty. However when we came late in for dinner the service was not so mooth anymore. Still water should be provided for free. We were very impresssed by the cleanlyness of the hotel in all accommodations, even the toilets were very clean! High notes for hygiene! The entertainment however we found it really underrated for the standing of the hotel. Only male and female singers with no show aspect, no groups or artists or acrobats. Really poor! A little bit disapointning at that point...

Rooms are comfortable with lovely views and extremely clean. Great to enjoy good quality entertainment every night at the bar area , even in the winter season

Me gusta mucho este hotel por la ubicacion y el buffet es impresionante todo buenisimo el problema como todo en torremolinos es que todo se enfoca para el publico extranjero si eres español no vayas a la animacion

We have stayed here for over 10 years, We always go for the evening meal at about 07.45 - 08.00. For the first time we had to queue for the evening meal most evenings. Much of this delay seemed to be because there were not enough staff to clear and relay the tables quickly enough, When we were shown to our table there were often uncleared tables around which could have been re-layed for the next customers. And on some evenings part of the restaurant was roped off which added to the length of the queue, Also the staff seemed so busy that they did not have enough time to interact with the customers. Our overall experience of the restaurant in the evening was quite poor and seriously affected our enjoyment of our stay, so much so that we will think very carefully before booking another stay here.

Reception staff as usual were excellent. I was disappointed to discover the garden refurbishment had not finished in January and I was not notified before my arrival. There were also workmen renovating the other building so lying in the very cramped area on sunbeds was not relaxing due to the noise of both sets of workmen. I realise that repairs need to be done but would have appreciated being informed of this before I travelled as I had already waited to the end of February to allow for any run over in time of the garden work not being completed in January. Dining room seemed short on waiting staff,those working were exceptionally busy.

Our room was very good, the bathroom had a few problems - water dripping from sink waste and shower water seeping under screen onto floor. We feel there was a slight shortage of staff in the restaurant compared with previous years. The staff that were workjng in the restaurant were excellent. Your bar staff were good but need educating regarding the Amigo discount on drinks, also the restaurant staff were unfamiliar with the discount on offer in lieu of Amigo points. In the past we have always raised our concerns with Angel. There did not appear to be anyone in attendance in the restaurant with a comprehensive grasp of the English language so quite minor issues could not be simply resolved. Reception staff were always courteous and helpful. We are sure the upgrading of the public areas around the pool will be a great asset to the hotel and we look forward the project being finished by the time we next visit your hotel.

Lo mejor la ubicación de la habitación y el trato de los empleados Algo que me decepcionó fue el desayuno, para el precio de la suite y la ubicación que tiene… puedes desayunar bacon y judías… muy inglés El agua en la habitación te la pones tú de una máquina de ósmosis???? No lo veo para un hotel de esas características a 200€ noche No cuesta más de 30 céntimos unas botellas de agua precintadas

Lovely elegant hotel in art deco style nice & relaxing good rooms with large bed crisp white linen nice white towel very clean hotel Great outdoor seating overlooking the beach The food was varied but could have been better & certainly hotter From a personal view I don’t think this hotel is suitable for kids & should be adults only then maybe improve the food & go for 5star rating
