Regarding the room situation, we would like to clarify that, according to hotel policy, each room type has a maximum number of guests allowed. Your original reservation was for a Classic room, which is designed to accommodate up to two people only, as reflected in our system. Since you requested that your daughter join you for two nights, we were required to move you to a Superior Pool View room, which is permitted to host three guests. The upgrade was necessary to comply with this policy, even though the size of the room might be similar. We appreciate your understanding of the need to follow these regulations.
