We stayed for 5 nights whilst we worked over the road, the staff were amazing the stand out member of Staff was on the reception desk on the night shift a fellow Geordie , half Geordie half Spanish the most helpful person he helped us book another 3 nights right at the last minute , very chatty and knowledgeable about the hotel and local area.

We had a great stay at the flimingo oasis rooms were kept spotless by the excellent cleaning team with fresh towels daily tea & coffee was always topped up . Roof top pool area was excellent with great service from Rodrigo. Restaurant was great with a good selection of fresh food and a carvery on a daily basis, the staff in the club area were always happy and willing to help us make a table for 6👍🏻 Reception team were very welcoming and always had a smile😊 lobby bar had a good vibe also, can’t really comment on the show bar as we ventured out most evenings but always seemed to be busy and some great acts on show. The only negatives was losing an hour on the all inclusive closing at 11pm and not having bottles of Heineken in the club area anymore also it would be great if the hotel swapped the red bottles of Mahou for the green Mahou it’s much nicer and not as potent. Tip-the town of Altea is well worth a visit only a 20 minute bus ride away (number 10) 2€ from outside Lidls across the road.

The best all inclusive for drinks. Served in proper glasses and not paper cups at bar. Also snacks during the day were very good.All staff very helpful and friendly.

Fantastico,las habitaciones super grandes y adaptadas a tus necesidades,el bufet enorme,parece un crucero.Un 10 para el personal,recepcion,seguridad,camareros y en especial los animadores que te hacen amena la estancia.Muy contenta!!

La verdad que estuvo muy bien. Hay tres cositas que deberían mejorar, la más importante para nosotros es el horario de las cenas, termina muy pronto. Otra cosa es que en el todo incluido para los niños no había opciones de merienda dulce, solo las hamburguesas, patatas .. hemos ido a varios todo incluido y ha sido en el único que ha pasado esto. Y otra cosa que me parece importante es que aunque el 90% de clientes son ingleses hay que pensar que también vamos españoles, en algunos shows ni se dignaban a hablar NADA en español, en consecuencia no nos enterábamos de nada...

Absolutely perfect in every way ! Something for everyone, food and drinks amazing

This was my first stay at The Flamingo Oasis and overall it was very pleasant, The Check-in was quick and easy the staff were polite and helpful. We opted to upgrade to the Rooftop bar and VIP Lounge well worth the money we paid. The food was good and there was a decent enough variety to cater for everyone's wishes. My only gripes were the Draught San Miguel wasn't the best it tasted better and fresher out of a can. But the Bar Staff were First Class as were all the Staff To be honest. The second gripe is the lifts to the Assisted Needs Floors One of Our party was staying in these rooms on the First Floor and They had No Complaints About The Rooms, but the time spent waiting to gain access to the lifts was ridiculous. The Hotel isn't wholly at Fault for this as on many occasions Able Bodied Guests just completely Ignored Someone who Needed To Use A Walker rather than offer their place up and walk down a few flights of stairs. Would it not be possible to designate one of the lifts to service the Assisted floors ?? Because this problem must surely get worse as the summer reaches high season. I would not put anyone off of staying at The Flamingo it has a lot going for it especially The Staff who were Excellent. My couple of moans apart I enjoyed my short stay and would probably revisit should the occasion arise.
