Didn't partake in entertainment so can't comment but the room is gorgeous, the pool was great of a little cold in March. The location is close to a lot but be prepared for the hill, great experience overall

I don't really like giving negative feedback back as I'm very aware that not everyone has the same expectations ,that said, I could not fault the Medplay bali, and I found all the staff I interacted with 100% professional and courteous, however I did have a few concerns with regard to food, I'm aware this is a very difficult subject as no matter what is in the menu you cannot hope to please everyone, My concerns however are the temperature of the food, no matter the time I visited the restaurant it was never hot,..!! Moving on to the location, please inform clients of the steep hill to access the hotel, you might even consider another entrance to the rear of the hotel making it a little easier for people with reduced mobility, oh and finally we stayed all inclusive, can you please explain the thinking behind the green card for drinks 🤔🤔

Me encantó el servicio la animación y sobre todo los trabajadores que eran todos muy simpáticos. Por poner un pero el horario de las comidas es muy temprano pero por lo demás todo bien

Hotel antiguo, con muchos desperfectos no reparados. Mi planta olia a tabaco que mataba y en la habitación habia muchas hormigas. El desayuno abundante y me sorprendio lo bien que estaba. El personal amable.

Podrían mejorar o avisar que las áreas de recreo piscinas no están habilitadas. Y los servicios de ping pong y mini no deberían ser de pago. No hay animación para niños. Por lo demás, estuvimos de maravilla. Muchas gracias.

Calidad precio inmejorable, la única mejora es quizás es que en el baño había un poco de olor a desagüe, pero la experiencia fue muy muy buena en todos los servicios.
