Thoroughly enjoyable experience

We understand the importance of having a walk-in shower for guests with mobility difficulties. Unfortunately, we have a very limited number of rooms equipped with walk-in showers, so we are unable to guarantee their availability. However, we encourage you to mention this requirement in the special requests section when making your reservation, so that our team can take your needs into consideration. Nos alegra saber que tanto los niños como ustedes disfrutaron de las actividades de animación. Lamentamos, sin embargo, que la limpieza del baño no estuviera a la altura de sus expectativas. Le pedimos disculpas por las molestias ocasionadas. Ante cualquier incidencia durante su estancia, le recomendamos que informe siempre a nuestro equipo de recepción en el momento, para que podamos actuar lo antes posible y ofrecerle una solución. En cuanto al detalle de bienvenida, aunque actualmente ya no ofrecemos la botellita de vino, sí disponemos de otro obsequio alternativo para nuestros huéspedes. Enjoyable stay at MedPlaya Hotel Bali

We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay, found your room clean and comfortable, and appreciated the variety and quality of our breakfast. Regarding the sun loungers in the seafront pool area, we would like to inform you that we have recently replaced them. During this transition period, the new and old sun loungers are currently being used alongside each other. As for the shower pressure, we are sorry to hear that it did not fully meet your expectations. Should you experience any issues with the water pressure during a future stay, please let us know at the time so that our team can check the matter and assist you as quickly as possible.
