You have one of the best hotel staff in its entirety from kitchen to front desk to bartenders to servers. They are knowledgeable, service oriented, professional, kind and efficient. The front desk was particularly good at handling anything we needed with kindness, grace and professionalism. Noelia and Andrea are particularly efficient, kind and helpful. I do not remember the name of who cleaned my room but she was kind and flexible with time of cleaning and helped me get laundry back quickly. I enjoyed my first stay in the beginning for May that I when I came back to the area, I cancelled by other hotel and booked with Riviera. Thank you for a good, safe, lovely time.

Lovely stay with our daughters, great area at the pool! My husband had tot go to hospital and the staff was zo helpfull also for me when my husband had to stay in Hospital. More than words can say!! A big thanks

This is a beautiful hotel, the food is of a high standard with a great choice to please everyone. Staff are friendly and Curtis. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved everything about the hotel. Lovely spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Staff were really helpful at all times.

Loved the hotel. Food a bit bland but overall our experience was good. Glad the prices in the hotel were not too expensive. Would definitely say again. Staff excelled themselves. So friendly and welcoming.
