Clean with lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location.
Maybe more snack options between meal times. Didn't know if there was options for snacks such as toasties and salads etc

Puente de la Constitución, estancia estupenda lo recomiendo y especialmente un hotel tranquilo recomendado para adultos ya está recomendado para adultos
Estimados señores: quiero agradecer la bonita bienvenida que tuvimos la estancia fue estupenda, todo el personal del hotel desde la recepción camareros restaurante muy serviciales con los clientes.
Las camareras de piso necesite otro edredón nórdico y me lo trajeron porque no solo poner la calefacción por lo tanto necesito abrigarme un poquito más.
Nos ha gustado mucho la piscina porque tiene una bajada con escalones para personas que tengan comprometida la movilidad es necesario. // Les comento en lo que podrían mejorar poner pescado que no tenga espinas subir un poquito la calidad en la comida y también la variedad, el buffet se queda un poco pequeño. Pero yo les doy un 10//
Me olvidaba el show magnífico🎤 todos los que actuaron eran buenísimos.

Lovely break
The hotel overall is excellent with all of the staff the best we have ever known anywhere,the location is perfect.The only downside for us was the food which is never hot enough,but we cannot wait to return.

Nice stay
We stayed for 4 nights. This was our first time at Riudor, previously used other med playa hotels.
The location is brilliant, very close to shops and all nightlife. The staff were amazing, especially Sandra.
The food cart was delicious, the main restaurant was ok, breakfast had excellent choice, lunch and main were hit and miss, we always found something or else ate out.
The day entertainment was ok, they tried their best and the night entertainment was basic, not much happening.
The rooms were spacious and always clean, the toiletries provided were top class.
There was a storm when we were there so that put a cloud over the holiday but we made the most out of it.
Would try a different Medplaya next time as this one suited more an older crowd as it was adult only.

Holiday

Vacaciones perfectas
Es el cuarto año que vamos a éste hotel y siempre nos vamos encantados. El trato de todo el personal desde la recepción, restauración y personal de limpieza es extraordinario siempre atentos y muy profesionales. Las instalaciones están perfectas y la ubicación perfecta al lado de la playa y en plena calle con pubs para salir por la noche. Las habitaciones aíslan bastante el ruido así que no es problema. En definitiva, sitio perfecto para disfrutar de Benidorm y repetiremos el año que viene.

Buen hotel
Es un buen hotel, las habitaciones son cómodas y el aseo es grande. La piscina es poco profunda pero es agradable y hay muchas tumbonas. El buffet libre de las mañanas es completo, con fruta, pan, mermeladas, dulces, etc. El personal es super agradable. Está situado en la zona fiestera de Benidorm pero las habitaciones están bien aisladas del ruido de fuera.
