The food in this hotel is excellent The staff are all fantastic, especially in the reception and the bar The entertainment was average except for Jill Ryan, who was the best of the week, and some superb dancers. The entertainment was spoiled by the heat in the entertainment area, air con either switched off or not working. (same last year) The other thing with the entertainment area. was the volume, you couldn't have a conversation due to it being so loud. (same last year) We have booked our flight back to Alicante so i guess we will be back next year.

Location is perfect Downside is people smoking around pool area and not using designated areas and staff not enforcing it.

I don't think you can improve the hotel its a fabulous location..but it could be better the car parking facilities ..

Sin duda unas vacaciones fantásticas desde el primer día al último. Destacar a todo el personal porque fueron super atentos y amables pero sin duda en Recepción Saray ya que nos aporto un trato muy cercano, familiar, siempre con una sonrisa que nos hacía sentir como en casa. También queremos agradecer a la dirección del Hotel el detalle que tuvieron con nosotros ya que llegamos de madrugada y nos tenían preparada en la habitación una cena espectacular y eso sinceramente no tiene precio. En resumen, encantados de haber elegido el hotel Riudor y seguro que repetiremos en un futuro.

We have just returned from our 4th stay at the Riudor. Having stayed at many Med Playa hotels this is our favourite. From arrival to departure the staff go above and beyond. The hotel is lovely, your stay is made wonderful by each member of their team. Super friendly. Exceptionally clean. There are so many staff who enhance your stay here but to name just a few Saray and Anwar on reception. Martha. Lola, Denia & Seema. Well done and thank you to each of you. We look forward to seeing you again next year.

Second visit to this hotel.Staff were lovely,room was clean and well Presented ,thought the daily tea,coffee top ups was a very welcoming touch.breakfast was lovely,plenty of choice and cooked to perfection.brilliant

Group of girls holiday, hotel is clean, room cleaned every day!!food plenty to chose from... Entertainment round the pool if you wanted to join in! fantastic location for night life.

We use Medplaya Hotels across Spain because we know the standards are always excellent and as our first visit to Ruidor we were not disappointed. This is a lovely hotel in a really good position for night life and access to beach. We have no issues to report and would commend the quality and variety of food.
