A nice one night break visiting friends.

The room could do with a makeover, as it was looking a bit tired.

great hotel great staff

hole experience was amazing i would give it 11 out of 10 if possible

I will be returning !

The second time staying here and won’t be my last ! The location is great! The reception welcoming and all staff very pleasant ! Cleaners are daily and do a good job ! The breakfast is good too ! My only slight criticism would be the beds ( a double would be preferable and not quite so lightweight!) and the balcony’s could do with a spruce up ! (With some deterrent for the constant birds on them! I have a fear 😧)

Le sobra una estrella

Piscina, yo mido 1,60 m. empieza con escalera a la altura de la rodilla y termina a los 10 metros??? a la altura de mi pecho y el agua helada. Comedor, como casi siempre, mucho cerdo, pollo, pescado normalito, patatas y arroz. Una botella de agua filtrada 2,80€ , 3/4 de litro. La nevera de la habitación, en la nuestra no funcionaba tuvimos que reclamar y hasta 2 días antes de terminar la estancia no nos la arreglaron. Por destacar positivamente a Luis de recepción y Santiago de mantenimiento, fueron los que dieron solución a nuestra queja. El personal de comedor, piscina, recepción y planta tod@s muy profesionales. La animación, todo en inglés, sin mas.

Really nice hotel with lovely staff

Great location, clean hotel, good all inclusive food menu with plenty to choose from. Nice hotel staff always pleasant and happy to help. All inclusive drinks finish at 11pm which we only found out about after we ordered a drink at 11:10pm then was advised that we needed to pay. Maybe there should be a sign at the bar advising this. Apart from this the hotel was really pleasant to stay at. ☺️

The hotel is in a perfect location

Room 113 needs updating especially the floor the food is ok could do with English bacon on the breakfast menu … the lady cleaning the rooms was friendly and very good however the staff in the restaurant are unfriendly need to be more welcoming and smile

Agradable

Es la tercera vez que estoy en el hotel, es agradable encontrarte caras ya conocidas de camare@s , lo que yo mejoraría, no se de que forma, entiendo que puede ser complicado trasladarlo a los clientes. Hay clent@s que están un par de horas en la piscina, dejan las toallas y vuelven a ultima hora para recogerlas

Enjoyed my stay

I've stayed at the Riudor several times now and always enjoy the experience, but the lifts need a lot of attention or replacement. One of the lifts broke down 8 times during my 10 day stay which is not really acceptable.
