The bed was very comfortable, the hotel was very clean . Possibly some more choices for the evening meal would be good. But I would stay again definitely

thoroughly enjoyed my stay, location is excellent and whole establishment was lovely and clean.

We has to change rooms because of mold in shower are and extractor, never worked ,the intranet is the worst I have ever experienced If you need to use Internet but this is not the hotel for you ,beds were very nice and comfortable. In the second room, the shower varied a lot in temperature,but housekeeping sorted this out .

Lovely staff, clean and modern hotel, food was ok but not much variety. Excellent location. I would use this hotel again. It was good value.

Valoramos muy positivamente la recepcionista que estuvo trabajando en el período de nuestra estancia del hotel ( a la llegada 02/04 a las 13:00 h. Aproximadamente y a la salida el 07/04 misma persona) En el aspecto de comidas y cenas deberían poner más verduras (judías verdes, espinacas, etc)

The staff were 1st class,I requested a high floor room when I booked online and got the 7th floor,just what I was after.Food on our half-board tariff was very tasty,varied and a good selection for my vegetarian wife.Breakfast had fresh fried eggs which had lovely runny yolks and large selection of hot English Breakfast food,big selection of cold meats and cheese.Porridge was very creamy and the infamous toasting machine worked well on just one pass! Streaky bacon was a slight disappointment,most diners I came across were British so maybe better quality English bacon ought to be made available.Room was not the biggest we have had but incredibly well looked after,super clean,great shower and towels and fine bed also some UK TV. Drinks in the bar were fairly priced but using the 10 euro voucher for my Birthday for 2 cocktails was a big fail,they tasted of nothing but sweet syrup with a fizz,seemed to come straight out of a pump on the bar and I really question where was the alcohol? Overall it was a great stay on the main Benidorm strip with no noise coming into the bedroom at night,definately worth a second visit!

Muy buena ubicacion si buscas un lugar animado. Esta ubicado en el centro de fiesta, y en su interior no se escucha nada de ruidos del exterior
