Another great stay, Great location, hard working staff, especially the new young boys in the bar. Food tends to have a lot of pork dishes, but still fine. Now the bad parts. Hotel seems to be courting and attracting a younger clientele mainly groups of men ( stags), we were lucky that they were well behaved, but they tend to go out at night and sometimes at night the bar/ lounge was practically empty with the entertainers playing to sparse crowds. The whole vibe of the hotel has changed. Another bad point, is the ending of gold band all inclusive. I realise prices are cheaper but the prices are too steep for All Inclusive residents wanting better products. Bottle coke €2.80, All inclusive ger it for £2.10….Then there is the bottle deals. 2 bottles of bud, non all Inclusive get them for €5. All inclusive have to pay the same €5. Where is the point of going all Inclusive. We love the Riudor and will still continue to visit, but please review your bar prices. Special mention to the 2 young girls at reception, Almudena, and her colleague who used to do Customer relations, they are a breath of fresh air and a credit to your company with their warmth and helpfulness.

We absolutely loved our stay . The staff are lovely , the food / drink is fantastic and the rooms are clean . The guy that serves drinks at the pool I think his name was Mario ? He was so lovely . The drinks and food was the best I’ve had on any recent holidays . My only negative is that only one lift was working and it was very slow at times .

Always have a nice stay here but the food is so hit and miss!

Had an excellent room, sea view facing the strip. Beds very comfy, extra pillows, lovely walk-in shower. Very friendly staff. Food was very good.

The food in this hotel is excellent The staff are all fantastic, especially in the reception and the bar The entertainment was average except for Jill Ryan, who was the best of the week, and some superb dancers. The entertainment was spoiled by the heat in the entertainment area, air con either switched off or not working. (same last year) The other thing with the entertainment area. was the volume, you couldn't have a conversation due to it being so loud. (same last year) We have booked our flight back to Alicante so i guess we will be back next year.

Location is perfect Downside is people smoking around pool area and not using designated areas and staff not enforcing it.
