We stayed as a family of 9, had a fantastic stay, a special mention to Nikki, Andrea and Emma, who were fantastic to us and our kids, they really made our holiday, we can't wait to come back!

Very clean, all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful with any requests, yes lifts are slow, a sign saying to call the lifts once would be helpful or encourage people to walk down the stairs where possible, leaving lifts for people that need them, hooks on the back of the bathroom doors (public toilets) be nice to hang hand bag and an ice machine, happy to even pay for a bag of ice.

A great place to stay

This is our second visit, and its still a very good and friendly hotel. You are made to feel welcome and are looked after form the offset The food choice is good, the only thing I can pull them up on is the "Crispy Bacon" which is a great idea by the way, was sometimes well overdone so became burnt, when they got this right is was a great addition to the very nice breakfast.

Good Value

Great value. Very clean. I’ve few faults/complaints. I asked for a glass of ice one night and was refused told I need to buy a drink to get ice. The other complaint is the pool times 11-5 ridiculous short hours and one day was opened well past 11. If you don’t want to higher lifeguard for longer periods just leave pool open and make people aware of what time there on duty. The other thing is our air conditioning didn’t work in our room!

Short break one night stay

Black mould in shower area, shower gel empty (never discovered until in shower next morning) only decaffeinated coffee in room (again not discovered until going to make coffee in the morning.) Disappointed as we have stayed numerous times over the last 12 months.

Todo bien, menos los ascensores

El tiempo de espera de los ascensores es mucho. Es increíble lo que se tardaba para coger el ascensor. Creo que es lo único que no nos gustó del hotel, y mira que es nuestra segunda vez que nos alojábamos.

Buena relación calidad/precio

Buena ubicación e instalaciones, ideal para los peques de la familia, habitación amplia y personal cercano. El miniclub y las actividades geniales. A mejorar la calidad del buffet, aunque era variado, habían algunos alimentos que durante varios días que no estaban en condiciones. En cuanto a la animación/show nocturno, en nuestra estancia era exclusivo para el cliente extranjero, nos hubiera gustado algo más variado, alguna parte dedicada a los más pequeños, y para todos los públicos y nacionalidades.

Nos alegra saber que han disfrutado de la ubicación, las instalaciones, la amplitud de la habitación y la cercanía de nuestro personal. Viaje en familia

Fuimos una pareja con dos niños de 1 y 5 años. Las instalaciones están bien pero no hay prácticamente animación para niños , está más pensando para extranjeros. La comida también muy floja y poca variedad. Es verdad que el precio es bueno para un servicio de todo incluido
