Relax asegurado

Bien con algunos inconvenientes

Las sabanas tenían manchas, la almohada es muy fina

Lo negativo: pedí un hervidor y nunca lo trajeron. Tampoco me permitieron subir 5 minutos a la terraza para ver el amanecer. El personal me pareció poco atento.

Lo que más me gustó fue la habitación y el colchón, muy cómodos. También los postres de la cena estaban muy ricos. Por desgracia, el personal no fue muy amable. Pedí un hervidor de agua para la habitación, me dijeron que lo traerían, pero nunca llegó. También quería subir a la terraza para grabar el amanecer y no me lo permitieron. No entiendo por qué a los huéspedes que hacen ruido por la noche se les permite moverse por todo el hotel y gritar, mientras que una familia con un niño no puede subir 5 minutos para ver el amanecer. La sensación que nos quedó fue de indiferencia por parte del personal.

10th year can’t wait for the 11th

This was our 10th year and you didn’t disappoint. Hotel was brilliant. A special mention to Carron Guest services manager who managed our booking was brilliant. Only negative was we requested pool view rooms 12 months ago but didn’t get them

Great but could be better with a few tweaks. A lot of families

Showers were particularly bad, not powerful enough and went hot and cold

Great Customer Service

I was let down last minute by the hotel I had orginally booked. My parents always stay at the Rio Park and told me to go and she if they could help me. Luckily they could and helped me to get booked in it was such a relief and I felt very at home there. I would definitely come back again.

Great stay!

Great stay

Very clean and reception staff very helpful. Food could have been better but always found something to eat.
