Estancia buena en general

La habitación para dos adultos y un niño se quedó estrecha de espacio,por lo demás bastante bien. Los ascensores son un caos. Saludos.

Great Christmas and New Year

We had a great stay over the Christmas and New Year Period. The staff were amazing and everything from the decorations, the food, the shows, the cleaners and the friendly atmosphere exceeded our expectations. We are planning to return again to spend this Christmas and New Year again at the hotel. Thank you to everyone at the Rio Park for such an enjoyable holiday.

Una noche vieja para no olvidar.....

Hemos estado muy agusto y el personal del comedor y habitaciónes estupendos pero creo que no saben cuidar a los clientes como recepción..... hemos estado dos años seguidos...y a nosotros no nos han dado regalos de salida y a otros si, no por el regalo sino el detalle , al final es una tontería pero creo que otro año lo pensaremos....espero que lo lean y respondan ,...en conjunto bien..

En general todo bien, por decir algo cambiaría las camas.

Nice Place

The stay at the hotel was fine . Food and entertainment very good. But you must improve the lifts some not working and waiting over 20 minutes for a lift spoils the stay

Buena relación calidad precio

Todo bien desde la llegada, nos dieron la habitación muy pronto, la comida está buena, quizá como esta enfocado a ingleses hay mucho frito,la gente que trabaja en el comedor son muy agradables, todo bien en general

Un Hotel correcto

No me gustó que en la cena el AGUA, no estuviera incluida ya que no dejaba de ser agua de Ósmosis en una botella. Estoy de acuerdo en que se pague las bebidas azucaradas y el alcohol, pero el agua debería de ser gratuita. Por el resto, limpieza impecable, muy buen trato y un buffet bastante completo y variado.

Fabulous.

The staff were very hard working trying to keep everyone happy. Food was excellent lots of choice. I think in our opinion it would be hard to improve. We had to wait for lifts but with so many people in hotel it was acceptable. We are regular visitors and wouldn’t stay in any other hotel in Benidorm. Thank-you.

Clean and quiet hotel that provides good food

Cleaners were very efficient, as were staff in the restaurant and on reception. As in other hotels, coffee and tea should be provided free of charge
