There's nothing that could be improved because every time we stay there the staff are so polite and helpful that's why we stay there every time we are in benidorm

We liked our room, bathroom, it was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Only the food wasn’t always hot and sometimes even cold.

Hola, nuestra queja es que la animación solamente se dirigía a los extranjeros, nada para españoles, algún cantante no dio ni las buenas noches en español, eso es falta de educación. Ya nos quejamos en el hotel. La limpieza de habitaciones muy escasa. Las instalaciones, personal y el restaurante sin problemas.
