We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the hotel facilities, pool area, breakfast, surroundings, friendly service, and of course the wonderful weather. We are also very sorry for the small oversight regarding the room setup for three guests. Had this been reported to Reception during your stay, our team would have immediately replenished the room with the additional cups, glasses, duvet, and anything else necessary to ensure your complete comfort. Regarding the damp and muddy patches on the grass, these are unfortunately related to the recent humid and damp weather conditions we have experienced. Nevertheless, we truly appreciate your suggestion regarding the addition of a central slab pathway, and we will certainly take your comments into consideration.
