Insonorisation des chambres surtout dans la salle de bain

Absolutely fantastic hotel very clean but unfortunately the beds were far too hard for us to sleep on. We moved to the sofa couch for sleep which were a lot more comfortable but obviously a lot smaller so not ideal.

Pasamos unos días geniales. Personal muy atento y amable. El equipo de animación espectacular. Buenas instalaciones pero un poco anticuado. Las habitaciones son grandes. Las camas y almohadas incomodísimas. Comida muy justa y repetitiva.

The best part of this hotel is how great and welcoming the staff is.

The problem was not the hotels but the wind was so bad that the balcony doors rattled and creaked all night. The staff were brilliant and offered us another room but this had the same problem.

Entertainment great Need an ice bucket in the club restaurant

Hotel rooms are now looking a little dated but had a great stay.

Lovely clean modern rooms. Friendly staff especially cleaning staff and reception. Dinner and lunch was hit and miss. Sometimes excellent sometimes not a great choice. Entertainment could improve as it’s been better in the past.

Breakfast could be better. Few families with children, rather older people.

Creemos que ha bajado la calidad de la comida , podrían poner granizados todo el año sobre todo el de limón Las habitaciones club los baños algunos están ya para reformar cosas de la bañera sobre todo El aire caliente en la habitación no sale ni caliente ni nada era como un ventilador y tuvimos algo de frío estos días Pero en general por el precio que tenía estos días estamos contentos porque siempre nos tratan súper bien También creo que se debería de alargar el horario de cenas porque hasta las 21h lo veo demasiado pronto para un español y más nosotros que solemos cenar mucho más tarde :(
