Si no fuera por el horario estaría todo muy bien
Horario para el bufet muy malo .solo miran para los extranjeros lo demás todo bien

Good, not excelent
The food is not very various, you do not have vegetables at breakfast, it is all made for english people, not for the rest! More fish, paella, vegetables, not only food with a lot of calories!

Excellent as always, it’s just the detailing that needs to be addressed
This is my 4th stay at the hotel, As ever flamingo oasis always provides a friendly, helpful environment. I booked a club room for my solo stay, downside was the rooms have become very dated and in need of some TLC. Damage to paintwork, needs more electrical points including usb, bathroom needs a good upgrade preferably to a shower unit only, and little attention to detailing with scuff marks etc. food as always is a good selection, could offer a few more choices on the adults only sunterrace in terms of snacks. Staff are friendly, helpful and made my stay feel homely and safe. As for entertainment I feel over the last 2 years this has declined, better entertainment needs to be provided across all levels. Chairs throughout the main entertainment and piano bar also need an upgrade as they are very uncomfortable after a while. I would like to see the all inclusive also changed in terms of times 11pm for last drinks seems very early but you can start drinking at 9am, preferably if like to see tea and coffee/soft drinks on a self serve 24/7 basis and alcohol served better 10am and 12am. I think this would be far better. Pricing wise is fair but I think with the declining entertainment and the rooms in need of updating your paying a lot more than what I’d expect. It’s the little details that matter and with pricing I fear your out pricing yourselves for what is on offer. Would I be booking again, absolutely as I love the area and the hotel but just don’t let it fall into ruin and damage your reputation.

We love this place
I love this place and the kids do just need few tweaks.
Need more training on cocktails making not them machine as they are disgusting. Maybe more beer options as San Miguel is ok but just so cheap and nasty. But again nothing bad to say about the place definitely be back

Inolvidable
Estuvimos muy agusto y el hotel relativamente cerca de la playa, instalaciones muy cómodas y bonitas, y sobre todo el personal muy atentos

Azotea maravillosa
Por segunda vez hemos hecho una escapada de fin de semana y todo genial, hotel y habitación todo muy limpio, personal muy atento y amable.
Por poner un pero sería a los ascensores, momentos en los que estaban parados y no se movían, se hacían unas tremendas colas.

Nice hotel and friendly staff
Lovely hotel and staff were friendly and attentive. I would say that the elevators were the worse thing about the hotel 5 lifts 4 working and still took between 10 to 20 mins to get in one. Food and drink were OK and queues were not that bad considering the hotel was full.

Leuke vakantie gehad.
We verblijven in een club kamer.
Rustig en zwembad is een superplus voor enkel aldult.
We zijn al meerdere keren bij jullie geweest en vonden deze keer dat het eten niet meer zo uitgebreid was als de vorige keren.
Vooral de middag en avond.
De avond animatie is ook al beter geweest.
Voor de rest hebben wij een super verblijf gehad.
Nette en verzorgde kamer, vriendelijk personeel.
