Great staff and entertainment team. The lifts are an ongoing problem.

Satisfactory stay.

Reasonable value, whilst food was satisfactory would like to have seen more variety and a little better quality. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Flamingo oasis..perfect 7days stay .

On arrival greeting at reception friendly and sorted out in 5 mins...rooms spotless lots of wardrobe space...food excellent...bar staff friendly. service with a smile..everything perfect for a 7 nights stay...20 years staying there..home from home ...no improvement needed...swimming pool..hotel everywhere spot less...

He ido bastantes veces y sigo yendo agusto .Volveré

Estuve en la zona CLUB y toda me pareció bien excepto los colchones y la ducha que creo deben cambiar

Fabulous hotel

This hotel is fabulous. The only thing that let it down was the 11am check out. 12 noon would have been much better

Good hotel in quiet area

Stayed in a club room which was clean, spacious and had comfortable beds. Food varied and plentiful. Stayed here before and probably will return again.

Peaceful few days enjoying the food and facilities of club room

Club suite with facilities was excellent. Food choices in restaurant were varied. Entertainment for adults could be better. Lifts were erratic at times. More seating in bar area.

A pesar de lo que resaltó en las sugerencias.

Yo cambiaría las sábanas y las mantas, por edredones y pondría algo más moderno. Asímismo revisaría los canales de televisión pará qué se pudieran ver nuestras tv correctamente. En mi caso los canales de TV, españoles se picelaban constantemente. Y también ha habido mucho despiste con mi comida, que por motivos de salud necesitaba un menú especial, el encargado a veces no llegaba. El golf de entrada y salas adyacentes espectacular y limpio como la patena. Para terminar cambiaría el tapizado de los pasillos a las habitaciones, lo cual realzaría su entorno.
