Looking a little tired now

Staff very friendly, loads of communal areas to sit, various bars & lounges to go to. On a downside, the laminate flooring in the dining room is quite uneven now with plenty of trip hazards and could do with being replaced. The solarium area looks very tired

Very relaxing stay

The cleaner of our room left dirty glasses in the room on three consecutive days and the entertainment on the Sunday was just like a Karaoke singer the comedian in the poano lounge was using very old matetial and just wasnt funny

Lovely pleasant staff..food excellent..hotel and rooms clean .spot on. excellent hotel too stay at.my 25 stay..so it must be excellent 👍

Everything Excellent ..staff..food..rooms ..reception staff very helpful..especially the Newcastle boy..excellent .

As usual excellent

The service was excellent from start to finish.I am returning again twice in November

Another fantastic stay

As a family we love the hotel and staying there. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The bar/restaurant staff work so, so hard day in and day out!!! It often looks as if guests don't appreciate it at all which is quite infuriating but thats on them not the staff. Only things I would change are: 1 - more vegetarian options available - we did cope but 2 meals there wasnt necessarily much at all 2 - the cocktail machine isnt good at all, the old way was so much better and nicer!! Bring back the original Pink Lady cocktails!!!! Oh and lime cordial back in the restaurant bar would be great, maybe bring my own next time?! We have just had our 4th visit and planning our 5th, keep up the good work!!!!

Relaxing sunny joyful break

Hotel was very clean, food was decent with a lot of selection. Big pool area with lots of sunbeds so always had places to sit. Rooms were big. Staff were friendly with no big cues for drinks.

MAGNIFICENT AS PER USUAL

STAYED 1 DAY/NIGHT, DUE TO NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR MY 5 NIGHTS OVERALL. BEING A MEDPLAYA.COM MEMBER FOR MANY YEARS NOW, I HAVE ALWAYS TRY AND STAY AT THE MEDPLAYA FLAMINGO OASIS HOTEL OR A MEDPLAYA HOTEL IN BENIDORM. I ALWAYS FIND THE STAFF VERY FRIENDLY, AND THE WHOLE MEDPLAYA EXPERIENCE TO BE OF A VERY HIGH STANDARD. I WOD HAVE NO PROBLEMS RECOMMENDING THIS HOTEL OR ANYONE IN THE MEDPLAYA GROUP WITHIN BENIDORM.

Good hotel entertainment not good

Good staff and hotel you could improve on entertainment.
