2 night stay
I stayed here 2021/22 that’s why I came bk , staff helpful and cheerful rooms are comfortable deco little bit ran down since back then
Id stay again with the family cheap and cheerful place

Fabulous short break with excellent facilities and pleasant efficient staff
Pros - Great location ! 15 mins walk to Strip , 20 to beach
All areas of hotel were spotlessly clean !
Great room for 4 adults ! Comfortable beds , ample wardrobes and mirrors , fabulous bathroom with large shower and double sinks . Nice size balcony with wonderful Mountain View’s (just need to not look at the new build and crane opposite !)
Very much enjoyed the pool area - lovely lagoon shaped pool ! Got sun on one side all day .
Liked the drinking water filling stations round pool !
Had the usual thing with people putting towels on sunbeds and then not using them but we got beds every day . Nice poolside bar .
Really great food !! Hot , tasty lots of choice ! Best all inclusive food I’ve had !!
Nice cocktails !!! Glasses inside and paper cups outside
Spacious and multiple areas and bars to sit and relax
All staff in every area - reception , bars , dining room cleaners , animation team , lifeguards were great !!! Friendly , pleasant , welcoming and efficient!! Especially the cleaner on floor 10 and the veranda bar guys !!
Cons - the one disappointment was that the fabulous rooftop bar and pool area was only open to club room guests during the day
Others guests can only use it from 9pm- midnight and have to pay for drinks
This is a stunning rooftop area ! Beautiful with fantastic views and lovely little pool and it’s a shame it’s not open to all as an adult only area during the day - maybe on a ticket allocation basis ?
Minor cons - Some sunbeds were broken
Maybe introduce reusable plastic cups outside to cut down on waste . 1€ a cup keep and reuse ?
Some TLC to corridor walls on floor 10

1st September stay
Did not expect so many children there,as school term had started back
With so many there I thought the piano bar should be open every night for adults only( did not need entertainment but some place without children

La verdad que estuvimos muy bien,lo peor los horarios que están para las personas de fuera,para nosotros españoles se hacían raros y también podría aver más ambiente en la piscina por la tarde con música, animación y demás

Entretenido y buen trato
Estuvimos 2 familias españolas durante 1 semana con el régimen Todo Incluido, para ser un hotel grande está muy bien organizado los espacios limpios al igual que las habitaciones y la piscina. Hay bastante animación y entretenimiento para mayores y pequeños, el buen trato de todo el personal, camareras, limpieza, animadores que sobretodo se animaban más al notar que éramos españoles ya que como punto negativo el hotel, el buffet, las actuaciones y los horarios están enfocados al turismo inglés, si que es verdad que cuando nos veían hablaban también en español pero nos sentíamos mal por esa razón ya que si estando en España el hotel se amolde a los ingleses está mal porque si tú vas a Inglaterra te tienes que amoldar a sus horarios, comida y costumbres.
Otro punto negativo es que no existe la posibilidad de pedir un picnic para poder disfrutarlo si sales del hotel. Pero bueno... En definitiva tuvimos una agradable estancia y seguramente repitamos, gracias Medplaya!

Magnifica experiencia

Good hotel
The hotel was good but the underground park was bad and narrow.
Food was decent and the drinks also.
