A good stay at the Oasis

It would have been more enjoyable if we could have brought our dog with us rather than put her in a kennel Parking was expensive Disability room was best we have stayed in

Great stay

The best ... As usual

Everything was brilliant. The staff was friendly and efficient. The dining room had good food and a great choice. All in all a good holiday.

Pleasant stay

Clean rooms, staff were excellent couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Food was good, plenty variety. Only thing I can say to improve is sweet selection at meal times, it actually aplies to most hotels we stay at. My child has a nut allergy and it was very limited on choices to meet her needs. It wouldn't put us off booking again though.

Agradable y divertida.

En general nos gustó todo pero lo único que me gustaría mejorar es el servicio de la cena de fin de año que hubiera preferido fuese servida en mesa. Por lo demastodo muy bien.

Muy Buena estancia , Buen Hotel

Tubimos una estancia muy buena, fin de año del 2025, en restauracion un 9, en habitaciones un 10, en limpieza un 9, en amabilidad del personal un 10, el todo incluido un 10, los espectaculos un 10, los peros que encontramos si es que se le puede llamar eso, un Hotel bueno pero eso si (estabamos avisados), con muchos ingleses 90% de la capacidad. En general buen hotel, si se tercia para el fins de año proximo , volveremos.

Muy buena ubicación, restaurante y animación

Estancia genial, muy amable todo el personal y las instalaciones muy cuidadas. Seguir así, lo hacéis estupendamente.

Disappointed

We were enjoying our stay in your hotel, but found the constant humming from the hotel Melia air conditioning units very annoying because it was 24 hours a day, Then after Day 2, we ended up with diarrhoea for the rest of our stay. Could not fault the staff, all of the staff were fantastic. And the large selection of food in the restaurant was most enjoyable. I do not know whether the Hotel Melia could put an acoustic cover over the air conditioning unit so that one could get a peaceful night sleep ?
