In Memory of Janice.
This was my first stay at The Flamingo Oasis and overall it was very pleasant, The Check-in was quick and easy the staff were polite and helpful.
We opted to upgrade to the Rooftop bar and VIP Lounge well worth the money we paid.
The food was good and there was a decent enough variety to cater for everyone's wishes.
My only gripes were the Draught San Miguel wasn't the best it tasted better and fresher out of a can. But the Bar Staff were First Class as were all the Staff To be honest.
The second gripe is the lifts to the Assisted Needs Floors One of Our party was staying in these rooms on the First Floor and They had No Complaints About The Rooms, but the time spent waiting to gain access to the lifts was ridiculous.
The Hotel isn't wholly at Fault for this as on many occasions Able Bodied Guests just completely Ignored Someone who Needed To Use A Walker rather than offer their place up and walk down a few flights of stairs.
Would it not be possible to designate one of the lifts to service the Assisted floors ?? Because this problem must surely get worse as the summer reaches high season.
I would not put anyone off of staying at The Flamingo it has a lot going for it especially The Staff who were Excellent.
My couple of moans apart I enjoyed my short stay and would probably revisit should the occasion arise.

Buenos días;
LLevo más de 10 años alojandome en su hotel y lo que noto es una bajada en la animación tanto diurna como nocturna; sigue estando bien pero no se parece a lo que en el pasado (antes del covid) era. Respecto a la comida y bebida noto algunas restricciones.

Fantastic Hotel - But Not the Lifts
Lifts - we stayed level 21 Club Room. Club level should have one lift allocated to them. Some days we would wait 20 mins for a lift. Because all the lower floors would get the lift and go back down. If 1 lift was only for Club Level it would be more fair, and because we have paid more for those advantages.

Great hotel and good location.
The hotel was spotless. Room was kept spotless by the cleaners. The safe should be included like every other hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The swimming pool opening at 12pm on hot sunny days is a little fault. Easter is a time when kids go on family holidays and that did let it down. The mattress was springy which was uncomfortable so had not great sleep all week and the air con is really noisy. The food was amazing. Loads of variety and mostly hot which makes a change for buffet style food.

Hi . we had a really nice stay and would love to return but the pool is absolutely freezing which is a pity , cause the kids would have spent more time in it but they cudnt

Good as Ever
As results guests we liked it all, staff are excellent as always, accommodation kept clean, food ok but would rather have less choice and better quality. In the main dishes .
Improvement possibly a brighter Piano Bar and someone occasionally at the piano.
I know football is a popular sport but fed up of it being on both TVs in the communal area, there are other paying guests not just the football crowd.
Perhaps, more policing of the lifts , kids messing about pressing all the buttons and running down the stairs, this is parental control but it needs monitoring. Restaurant bad hygiene habits with guests and parents should be controlling their kids at the serveries.
A great holiday and Flamingo can’t be blamed for some of the rowdy guests.

Enjoyable
We did enjoy our stay. The walk onto the strip was a bit tough for anyone with pain issues. The food was fine but some days it was better than others .the roof top pitch was great for the boys , beds comfortable
