We had a wonderful stay
Nothing everything was perfect 👌for us
Only thing id recommend would be camera footage in the hall ways 3 things were robbed on us while there

Clean very friendly people, should be at least one pool where inflatables are not allowed my only issue and that's not major, very central to everything.
One pool with no inflatables

Small inflatables are generally permitted for young children who need them, while larger ones are only allowed when the pool is quieter. recycled food daily virtually no night entertainment staff excellent heavy sewer gas present after rain archaic deposit on glass etc.
The breakfast was good and leisurely which was welcome during the rain and the food was good.
Lunch was terrible, recycled previous evening meal leftovers, sauce added and called something else. Baked bean soup is not a usual in GB or Ireland and hope it will never be, anything that could be was usually in the soup. 3 meals a day was a big mistake.
Staff were very helpful and pleasant all over the place and responded to room problems promptly.
The sewer gas which is partly hydrogen sulphide was ARGUED by your security that "its not gas". No, not butane but it is a gas and not familar to guests and highly alarming. His manner, particularly at 2.30 am was not helpful, totally aggressive and argumentive.

Cansina
Los hoteles que anteriores veces hemos pernotado en Salou no tenían disponibilidad para nuestras fechas. Asique con las prisas no nos fijarnos que éste hotel era para familias con niños.
Nuestra opinión sincera es que nos equivocamos al elegir este hotel para tener tranquilidad y descanso.
La suite 326 justo quedaba encima de la entrada a la recepción del hotel con el trasiego de clientes y "pasados de copas" hasta altas horas de la madrugada.
Casualidad también que nuestra habitación era la primera del pasillo junto a los "ascensores"con el ruido de paso de toda la planta.
Y por la mañana más casualidades "el despertador" de los autobuses aparcados con el motor en marcha justo bajo nuestra terraza.
Con respecto a la terraza y las piscinas no hicimos uso de ellas ni una sola vez. Todos los días desde antes del desayuno todas las amacas ya estaban ocupadas pues el volumen de clientes es muy superior a su capacidad. Asique a caminar hasta la playa Cala Capellans.
Tanto el all inclusive como el bufete del restaurante nos decepcionó.
Todos los días comida trotera de
colegio de niños.

SEJOUR AGRÉABLE
Chambres propres personnel très agréable emplacement correct
petit bémol pour un hôtel 4 étoiles le buffet froid manque de diversités les repas bien sans plus et pas beaucoup de choix de désert a part les fruits
gros problème pour nous qui sommes francophones rien dans les annonces ni le personnel mis a part quelques uns ne parlent le,français même pour les spectacles par contre l anglais oui pourquoi ? sinon prix corrects

Muy cómoda estancia
La comida y el desayuno muy bueno! Las camas cómodas.
El único pero,que no entiendo por qué hay que ir con el vaso a llenar el agua teniendo jarras,que si te la llenan te cobran,cuando es el mismo agua del grifo.
Por el resto,genial. Las piscinas se veían buena pinta,aunque desafortunadamente por el temporal,no pudimos disfrutar.
El personal de recepción muy amable.

Correcto
La habitación correcta, estrecha si hubieramos abierto la cama para el niño.
