Excelente alojamiento, limpieza, buena ubicación. El desayuno muy bueno, mis amigas y yo nos sentimos contentas y satisfechas con todo. Volveremos allí, sin duda.

Todo muy bien, no tuvimos problemas mientras estuvimos alojados.

Excellent

We were on holiday with two friends and our stay was perfect, My wife and I have stayed at the Alba beach/ Balmoral over a number of years and will definately be back, the staff worked very hard to make our stay perfect and the updated areas of the hotel made our stay even better, we will definately be back.

We had only one night stay, because we moved to another hotel and then to another country. We had halfboard and dinner + breaklfast were great. So much to choose and so delicious.

I don´t find anything to improve.

Reasonably priced, good location

The hotel central for local transport. We had a Superior room which was listed as to suit 2 x Adults and a child. There was absolutely NO room at all for a further bed. The room was very small with just enough room to walk around the bed. A little dated but clean with a mini fridge and kettle. We booked excursions from front desk. One was a disaster the driver drove past us at the pick up point. After goin* back to hotel the receptionist told us we had left pick up too early (we waited another 30 mins after the coach drove past us). The company then sent a man with a private car (doubtful we were insured) to take us to catch up with the coach. Traffic was horrendous and i lost count of the number of times the tour guide rang the driver whilst he was driving without hands free! We got onto the coach and the tour guide had told the other passengers he was waiting for late comers. This caused a terrible atmosphere on the coach. On our return we very nearly did not get dropped off at our pick up point, the drive4 and tour guide forgot us yet again. It was very unsatisfactory and would recommend NOT booking via hotel.

Todo bien, el personal muy amable

En la piscina alguna sombrilla más cuando hace sol es imposible estar en la piscina.

Estuvo todo perfecto ,la habitación en una muy buena ubicación ,frente al mar , y la atención súper agradable.

Great location with everything we needed.

Can't comment on entertainment or services as we stayed only one night to go to a concert.

As it seems to attract the older generation. Myself and husband has a fantastic few days stay here.

Rooms where cleaned everyday. Hotel itself was very clean. Desk staff where friendly and bar staff where lovely. The only downfall was the food. It could be a bit more appealing as there wasn't a lot to choose from. As the hotel seemed to have a lot of older generation staying, the entertainment was catered more for OAP's We still enjoyed it. Other than that we has a great few days break for our anniversary ☺️

Muy buena

Ha sido muy buena única pega un par de días olor a alcantarilla muy fuerte
