Nos gusto la estancia en general, buena situación del hotel, gran profesionalidad del personal, un buffet y cocina de calidad, limpieza correcta, y relacion calidad-precio buena. Si tengo que decir que se podría dar un repaso a detalles que darían una mejor imagen, por ejemplo, muchas hamacas de la piscina deberían arreglarse, o renovar los colchones pues ya no tienen la comodidad de nuevos y las almohadas son muy bajas, lo que nos obligó a pedir dos mas, cosa subsanada de inmediato.

We arrived well before the check in time due to an early morning flight at around 11am, we were able to leave our suitcases with the hotel until our room was available. The lady on reception took my phone number and said she would give a call back if a room became available before the normal check in time, and I did get a call back around 12:45 to say that a room was ready for us. The room was on the small side for 3 people but it was clean and tidy so you can't complain at that. The pool was a good size and there was always enough space to sit around the pool / outside at the bar. The food was ok and what you would expect from a hotel of this type, basic food but quality was ok. The only thing I think that could do with improving is some of the sun loungers are starting to show there age and are quite worn out. The hotel location is also very good, close to the beach, shops and a 10 min walk to a supermarket. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who is considering staying here.

El servicio al cliente en recepción excelente. El menú de comida un poco más de variedad para mejorar y la calidad del vino también .

Hemos estado muy agusto, el personal es súper amable, en especial, Silvia del comedor .

The welcome and check in was excellent, especially the explanation of the parking facility. Bar staff were super and would like to thank Elena for her help and chat 😁. Restaurant was busy but food was replenished and there was always plenty of choice. Pool area was noisey and seats were limitted when there were large groups there, the pool is not big enough for 'party games' amongst individuals. Many of the pool loungers are broken and dangerous with the others are just too uncomfortable to lie on.

El hotel está muy céntrico , es antiguo pero se conserva , buena limpieza y el personal muy amable . Muy buen desayuno . En general buena estancia .
