Everything is great about this hotel!
This is our third year visiting Benalmádena and our first time staying at Alba Beach. Honestly it is everything one would want in a hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, chatty and nothing was ever a bother. It was quiet and so relaxing there. The beds were comfortable, the shower was fantastic, the overall cleanliness was incredible, breakfast had so many different items to choose from - everyone is catered for, the location is ideal, as everything is within walking distance. We loved it so much, we are coming back again later in the year. The most fabulous holiday we have had in Benalmádena and it was hugely helped by choosing to stay in Alba Beach. It is an ideal hotel for couples and older people as it has a lovely chilled out, peaceful and tranquil ambience.

Buena estancia
Buena estancia y el personal muy bien. Las habitaciones muy bien pero el baño muy pesueño casi no te podias mover.

A Memorable Mother - Daughter Stay !
My mum and I just returned from a 6-night stay at the Medplaya Hotel Alba, and I honestly couldn't fault it. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing mother-daughter holiday. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome we received made us feel right at home—or as they say in Spain, como en casa.
The Room: Views for Days
Our room was impressive. It was spacious enough for the two of us to sleep comfortably and get ready without tripping over each other. The bathroom was great for showering after a long day in the sun, but the real highlight was the lovely balcony.
The Views: We had stunning vistas of both the sparkling blue sea and the rugged mountains.
The Vibe: Sitting on that balcony in the evenings with the Mediterranean breeze was pure felicidad.
Impeccable Standards & Service
I have to compliment the hotel on its impeccable cleanliness. Everything was spotless, from the lobby to the corridors. But what truly makes this hotel special is the staff.
Every employee we passed had a smile and a warm "hola" for us.
A special shout-out to the bar manager, who was so attentive and kind that he became almost like a friend to us by the end of the week. ¡Muchas gracias!
Dining & Entertainment
The food was another high point. Breakfast was more than enough to fuel our day:
Continental options: Fresh pastries, fruits, and meats.
The Fry-up: Perfectly cooked hot options.
And more: There was such a variety that we never got bored.
In the evenings, the relaxing vibe throughout the hotel was lovely. We particularly enjoyed the Flamenco dancers—the passion and energy of the baile was a fantastic touch of local culture.
Location & Final Thoughts
The proximity to the beach is unbeatable, making it easy to stroll down to the sand whenever we felt like it.
Thank you, Medplaya Hotel Alba, for a really enjoyable holiday. We left feeling refreshed and very happy. Would we return? ¡Sin duda!. Thank you for the memories!

Lovely holiday
Lovely clean hotel. Breakfast very good. Staff excellent.
Hotel could do with changing sunbeds only improvement needed.
