Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

Food, staff, cleanliness, easy check in. Swimming pool lovely. They wasn't a green Samsung S22 phone handed in by any chance

Friendly staff, clean and good location

Nice hotel with friendly staff, room cleaned daily and all communal areas were clean and bright, location is good, we only had breakfast but it was fine with various options.

Enjoyable Stay

Very clean hotel incl rooms. Food was very good with plenty of choice. Main problem which has been the same for a few years is the lifts. It is impossible at breakfast and dinner times to get a lift quickly. You need to sort it. When ringing reception the answer machine asking which department you want is only in Spanish. Majority of your customers are English and don't speak Spanish. We were asked to pre register before we arrived ,which we did spending 30 mins doing this to find when we arrived at reception we had to go through the same procedure and there was a long queue to check in.

Lo que mas me gustó fue el trato del personal y lo que menos la comida

Hicimos un viaje en familia y lo pasamos muy bien y bien. La habitación está genial y la media pensión también, aunque sólo era desayuno y cena. El servicio de limpieza muy bien. Pero deberían utilizar primero el español y luego el inglés.

Todo estuvo perfecto. La única pega fue que la media pensión sólo podía ser desayuno y cena, aunque el buffet está bien. El personal muy amable y la habitación nos gustó mucho. Esperamos repetir.

Excellent stay, great hotel. Staff, food, rooms and pool all amazing

The reception staff are great. The rooms are clean and a good size. The food and pool were spot and and the hotel is close to the beach and nightlife.
