Location very convenient for our needs.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The location was very conveniently located for our needs and the arranged airport transfers were very much appreciated. All staff in reception and the dining room were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Best Hotel Ever!

Everything about Rio Park is just perfect from the reception staff, dining staff, cleaning staff. The pool area is great too. Could do with updating the sun beds.

Meeting friends there

The hotel is exceptionally clean, staff friendly. Third floor overlooking pool is fab, only thing you could improve on is adding an extra lift on each floor.

Great hotel

I stayed in this lovely hotel for the taekwondo World Cup, the breakfast was very nice you had loads of different choices for the breakfast will definitely stay there again.

Couple staying with older parent next door

Lovely hotel food was very good always something to satisfy us all. Didn't have any issue with lifts as I had read could be a problem nice pool & surrounding sunbathing area. The only issue we had which could so easily be sorted was it took us until day 4 to be able to get 3 beach towels from reception none on check in none day 2 I managed to get 1 day 3 and another 2 on day 4. A larger supply of pool towels could easily remedy this issue. Snack bar & bar staff always friendly & helpful cleaning staff very good also. All in all I would definitely recommend the Medplaya Rio Park thank you.

5 day break in Benidorm

All great, nice hotel, good location, food and staff great, rooms clean and.decent size
