Lovely hotel with great staff, great location, close enough to everything. Food could be slightly better. But overall a good hotel.

Destacamos la amabilidad del personal en todo momento. Desde el principio al reservar con Almudena por teléfono, muy eficiente y detallista, hasta la atención en el comedor, Muchas gracias Almudena y en general a todos.

Another great stay at the Regente. As always staff are amazing, and can't do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard, towels changed daily, beds so comfortable. Food was good. Went HB, breakfast great but couple of nights at start of week choice was limited if you dont meat or fish. Rest of the week was very good, especially the Chinese night and Gala night. Plenty of beds round the pool and places to sit. Entertainment was OK, better on some nights than others. Plenty of bars a short walk away if you wanted different entertainment. Improvement would be the lifts. 3 times they were out if service or would not go up or down to restaurant from the higher floors. They are slow but never had any problems on our previous stays. Would definitely recommend and we will return later in the year as always. Thank you for another great stay, we had fantastic time, topped with amazing weather

On the edge of town but on the main bus route, so easy to get about. Easy parking in the near by streets. Easy walk to entertainment. A big selection of food as long as your not a picky eater. Great place over all & value for money hotel.

Ideally located for the Benidorm Palace and the seafront. Room clean and functional. Coffee in room could have been included in base price. Good breakfast choice. Parking prices expensive.

Fuimos con un gran grupo y nos gustó mucho, buena comida y limpieza en general.

We were only in the hotel for 3 nights. The room was good, nice and clean. We were only left one hand towel the 2nd day, but not a disaster. The breakfast was excellent. Food was warm and restocked regularly. No complaints overall and would stay again.
