We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the hotel facilities, pool area, breakfast, surroundings, friendly service, and of course the wonderful weather. We are also very sorry for the small oversight regarding the room setup for three guests. Had this been reported to Reception during your stay, our team would have immediately replenished the room with the additional cups, glasses, duvet, and anything else necessary to ensure your complete comfort. Regarding the damp and muddy patches on the grass, these are unfortunately related to the recent humid and damp weather conditions we have experienced. Nevertheless, we truly appreciate your suggestion regarding the addition of a central slab pathway, and we will certainly take your comments into consideration. We are delighted to hear that you had a lovely stay, enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel, and found the beds very comfortable — we are especially pleased to know you “slept like a log”! We also appreciate your constructive comments. Regarding the towels, we would like to clarify that the €20 charge refers to the beach/pool towels and is only a deposit, which is fully refunded once the towel is returned. As you correctly mentioned, this system helps ensure the towels are properly returned and managed. Concerning the pool temperature, the water may feel a little chilly at the moment due to the recent milder weather and limited sunshine. This can also contribute to the humidity in some grass areas around the pool, which unfortunately is largely influenced by the temperature and weather conditions. With regard to the bedding arrangement, our rooms can be prepared either with twin beds or with the beds joined together as a double setup. Had this been mentioned during your stay, our team would have been happy to arrange it immediately for your comfort. Thank you once again for your kind words and valuable feedback.
