Todo estuvo muy bien

Comfort, cleanliness, courteous staff and location. Food choices at breakfast and dinner are still excellent. However at breakfast, used crockery is very slow at being removed. Coffee at breakfast should be improved to a better quality brand like Lavazza, I am sure this brand was once served at the Sinatra Bar. I am sure in past when we’ve booked direct we had a complimentary bottle of wine in our room. This time we got slippers but no bathrobes despite booking a pool view room. Having stayed in nearly all the hotels in La Carahuela in the past, the Pez Espada is still our favourite hotel in Torremolinos.

Personeel bar en onderhoud 10/10. Enkel het personeel aan het onthaal kan wat bijscholing gebruiken ivm vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid. We hadden de juniorsuite, belachelijk klein terras. En de badkamer dringend heeft een opfrissing nodig. Douche lekte. Maar grote kamer, goede airco en prima groot bed. We hadden geboekt all in met een last minute, dat was zijn geld waard. Maar aan het normale bedrag is het wat te duur.

El bufet de la cena en esta última estancia insuperable. La junior suite con javuzzi nuestra favorita! Repetiremos como siempre una vez al año.

Our room was lovely 702 with great views and spacious balcony and huge comfortable bed. Bathroom was so modern and lovely shower too. Would love to se a sun lounger on the balcony for sunbathing even one would do

We stayed for a week in the beachfront deluxe suite rooms and everything was as beautiful as we remembered. Views from these rooms are spectacular and they are spacious, bright, clean and comfortable. The gold lounge snacks and drinks are a nice perk - would love a little more variety on the snacks, but everything we had was very nice. The cheese on a Tuesday night was particularly good. Staff as always really went over and above to ensure our stay was special including some lovely treats for our birthdays - many thanks to Silvia and Victor on reception and Maria in the bars. We will see all again in Dec x

Repetimos ya que la primera vez nos gustó mucho,el hotel está muy bien situados,es accesible,las estancias amplías Todo perfecto

El buffet de las cenas no me gustó. Las camas muy altas para mi. Me gustó mucho la ubicación. Las instalaciones estaba todo muy cuidado y limpio, el personal amable.

Me gustó mucho el detalle de cumpleaños , que siempre es de agradecer , y que transmite una cercanía y familiaridad con el cliente. Es un hotel que tiene una situación inmejorable, a pie de playa y en el corazón de la carihuela, con un personal muy profesional tanto en recepción , en comedor y bar, las camareras de piso etc etc. Una vez que lo conoces siempre quieres volver y volver, por eso llevo tantos años escogiendo el hotel pez espada. Sí me gustaría reseñar nuevamente que debería tener tener dispensador de crema corporal al igual que lo tienen de champú y gel de baño. Mención especial para Vanesa y José mari del comedor
