Excelente

La experiencia en el hotel fue excepcional, en general. Si tuviera que decir algo en lo que podría mejorar sería que las camas individuales fueran más grandes y que en las comidas del mediodía nos sentimos un poco mal comiendo en el lobby del hotel. El desayuno excepcional al igual que la cena. Muy bien también poder cambiar las toallas de playa/piscina cuantas veces quisimos.

Perfecto, como siempre.

Ambiente familiar, mucho orden. Quiero destacar la atención de los camareros en el restaurante del buffet.

Our home from home

Check in uncomplicated. Our room was spacious and clean and the maid service was exceptional. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. We spent more time on the patio this holiday, enjoyed the entertainment and used the bar facilities more than we have done on other holidays where we got good service and the prices were competative. From an improvement point of view - although there are signs up all over that Sun beds can not be reserved , nobody seemed to pay attention to this and could maybe be enforced more rigourously

Another good stay

We have stayed in the Pez many times over the years. It is a lovely hotel, not too loud and tastefully designed to go with its history. We had a superior club room (1302). This was above the gym area with great sea views. We have stayed in this part of the hotel before, and sorry to say these rooms are looking a little tired now, although cleanliness is great. Staff were great, although one guy in Frankie’s bar had a permanent scowl on his face. Rest were great though. We were B&b and the breakfast was fantastic. Everything you could want and all fresh. Could have done without the techno do on the Saturday afternoon. New sunbed area works well but was muddy, especially in the mornings. Overall a nice relaxing stay.

Prima hotel , goede ligging .

Het zwembad gaat pas 10 uur open dat vindt ik jammer zeker voor mensen die vroeg wakker zijn. Zwembad mag kouder en schoner .

As our pool is outdoors, the water temperature depends on the warmth of the sun and the weather conditions, so unfortunately we are unable to regulate it. Muy buena semana en la playa

Me encanta este hotel , y volveré seguro. Conviene mejorar el tamaño y profundidad ( escasa) de la piscina( pequeño À mi entender ) difícil solución … La cena es un poco floja (uns pena que el cocinero en la plancha pase tanto la carne ) y el agua debiera estar incluida
