Regarding the room temperature at night, please note that at this time of year, when the weather can be quite changeable, our air conditioning system operates centrally. This means it is adjusted depending on the outside temperature, the season, and the overall comfort of the hotel as a whole. Additionally, depending on the position of the room within the building, some areas may naturally feel a little warmer than others. As the system is centralized, it does need to follow a general setting rather than individual room adjustments. That said, we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’re very glad that, aside from this, you continue to enjoy the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of our team.
