Fantastic

We had a wonderful stay at Flamingo Oasis Benidorm! We were two adults and a 10-year-old child staying for one week on an all-inclusive basis, and everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean, the food was varied and delicious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our child had a fantastic time as well. Thank you for a great holiday – we would happily come back again!

Amazing Family Hotel

Amazing hotel we have stayed as a family on many occasions and loved every minute, staff are amazing the best entertainment we have seen throughout hotels.

Temporary visit from potential local employee bar staff worker/restaurant manager

The concierge were helpful,informative and assertive with their response to assist my sudden unplanned stay as a walk in visit over night for a single woman who was too late to catch the coach. The check in was persuasive and I was relieved with their interest to help me on a cold February night after busy bustling streets of popularity in other more expensive hotels that are closer to the beach.This retro 1960s Beverly Hills/Florida style hotel is like stepping back in time to an elegant and well respected place that is well appreciated by many staying tourists, residents and local business people. I did notice a slight cigarette smell in the room, however everything else was fine.The dining areas are very elegant.

Great hotel

Absolutely fantastic hotel very clean but unfortunately the beds were far too hard for us to sleep on. We moved to the sofa couch for sleep which were a lot more comfortable but obviously a lot smaller so not ideal.

Lo mejor el personal

Pasamos unos días geniales. Personal muy atento y amable. El equipo de animación espectacular. Buenas instalaciones pero un poco anticuado. Las habitaciones son grandes. Las camas y almohadas incomodísimas. Comida muy justa y repetitiva.

Excellent but bad winds kept us awake

The problem was not the hotels but the wind was so bad that the balcony doors rattled and creaked all night. The staff were brilliant and offered us another room but this had the same problem.
