A few days away

Staff great. Room spacious. Flooring in dining room needs urgent attention.

Hotel went out there way to help us

My wife hurt her back on flight. So first stay before this booking she spent 3 days in bed. I decided to extend our hols by 4 days on this booking. Reception where excellent let us just stay in same room. And the resteraunt staff let me take all meals up to room. We kept our room on till 6pm also as had late flight. Everything was excellent thanks.

De puente

En general todo bien, pero el baño desprendía mal olor todo el tiempo Las toallas de la habitación podrían ser más esponjosas dado que esto es un hotel de 4 *, están muy usadas y por eso no son mullidas .

Placer

La estancia el Hotel y las cafeterías muy bien todo perfecto lo único es el horario de la cena que cerraban a las nueve y vamos es muy pronto para la cena y a las nueve recogían todo y para mí es muy pronto para cenar que menos que 10 10:30 pero bueno por lo demás perfecto

Great stay. Lovely staff. Great location.

Lovely hotel although it could do with some improvements. The bedrooms are really big and spacious with lovely views. The hallways could be doing with some upgrading. They were very dark and dated and the carpets are a tad grubby. The main lobby is lovely but could do with more access for people with mobility issues. There is loads of steps but no ramps. The staff are lovely and helpful. We had issues with the aircon and this was fixed and we were given an upgrade which was really appreciated. Food was good and there was always a varied assortment. In summary we will definitely be back and we really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent staff makes this hotel

Stayed here 5 times now. Always excellent. But this time was special as my wifes back went during trip over. We told reception and they went above and beyound to help. Had to take all her meals up to room first 4 days. When she got better we decided to extend our stay for another 4 days. They arranged for us to stay in same room so no moving rooms. We booked direct through amigo account and got amazing deal. Thanks to all the staff made our stay excellent. Also kept our room on till 6pm as had late flight.

Looking a little tired now

Staff very friendly, loads of communal areas to sit, various bars & lounges to go to. On a downside, the laminate flooring in the dining room is quite uneven now with plenty of trip hazards and could do with being replaced. The solarium area looks very tired
