We know that many people have been coming to Benidorm over the years and we would like to celebrate this by combining a collection of all the photos we can of Benidorm past and present, and sharing it, with a thank you to all of those of you who send us photos and participate in the competition.
PLEASE SEND US YOUR PHOTOS FROM YOUR HOLIDAYS IN BENIDORM OVER THE YEARS AND TAKE PART IN OUR 10,000€ OF PRIZES TO GIVE AWAY .
EVERYONE WHO PARTICIPATES WILL RECEIVE A 5% DISCOUNT ON ANY BOOKINGS MADE IN MEDPLAYA.COM FROM 1ST MARCH 2009 & 31ST MARCH 2011.

The table on the right hand side of this page explains the prizes that can be won. We have 25 prizes to give away, extra to the 5% discount for all participants.
The top 5 winners can choose between cash prizes or a free stay in one of our hotels as per the table.
SPECIAL MENTION: We willl also award a "Special Mention" prize of 1000€ in cash or a free 10 day stay on Half Board for 2 people at one of our hotels for the person who sends us the best collection or series of photos relative to the theme.
Then there are another 20 prizes for free stays in our hotels.

How to send us your photos
The photographs and /or videos can either be sent to us by email to medplaya.webs@gmail.com.
You need to make sure the photos can be identified as yours by including your initials and a number, and also in the description please can you name the "author" of the photograph or video.
EG: xxx01 Photo beach benidorm. ( XXX are your initials and 01 is the id number for the photo)
It is also advisable that you register on our website Medplaya.com if you have not already done so.
Important Note: We recommend that your photos are not more than 2 MB so that they can be uploaded correctly.
The closing date to receive photos is the 30 June 2010. The company has the right to extend the period should it be deemed necessary.
The photos should be relevant to the theme "Benidorm Photo Competition", and there will be a "Special Mention" for the series of photos which best reflect the loyal Benidorm and Med Playa customer.
The results of the competition will be published the 17th August 2010 via this website.
Previous to this date, we will contact each winner personally. The decision is final and cannot be appealed. Should the judges deem it necessary, all or some of the prizes can be left without winners.
Prizes
Each person who sends a maximum of 15 photos per person, will receive a 5% discount on the next reservation made at one of our hotels via MedPlaya.com. The discount applies to all bookings made between the 1st March 2010 and the 31st March 2011.
The discounts only apply to bookings made directly via our website MedPlaya.com and they cannot be combined with other promotions or offers available at the time of booking.
The winners will be selected using a combination of two main factors. One factor will be via popular vote (comments received via email or the Medplaya.com website). The other factor is the choice of a jury who will consider criteria such as age of photo, originality of photo, relativity to the theme, entertaining and ofcourse photographic quality.
By participating in the competition, the participant is accepting all the conditions laid out for the competition. The company reserves the right to resolve any issues which may arise and have not been considered in the conditions.
