The calculations for the overall score shown are made in the following way: the categories of cleanliness, comfort, facilities & services, and staff have an equal weighting. The category “value for money” has been weighted with a +30% difference to the other categories. The four “faces” of customer satisfaction ( Very good, Good, Fair, Poor) correspond to the following points system respectively: 75,1 to 100; 50,1 to 75; 25,1 to 50; 0 to 25. In hotels where there is not a full entertainment programme, the category of “entertainment” is lower. The average score can be seen by placing the mouse over the “satisfaction” logo
